The hotel is nice, bed and pillows quite comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is absolutely horrific & water in the shower is warm, at best. Water in the bathroom sink is hotter! The mini bar fridge is cold, if you bring your own bottled drinks, that is good, but the room needs a coffee maker. Expedia deal included per day credit towards breakfast. The menu was limited, but the food was very, very good and they roast their own coffee, which was exceptional. However, I would rather forgo the credit & have a reduction on the room rate so I could buy my own breakfast for less money. The check-in process was a bit of a hassle. I booked to pay directly at the hotel. I called the hotel the day before arrival to confirm that I could use a different card for pre-payment on arrival and the hotel representative assured me over and over again that this would not be a problem. When we checked in it was. My friend & I wanted to split the prepaid fee on our two cards & were refused. We asked to speak to a manager. The manager was not available so we waited. when we came back, he started speaking to me 10 feet away from him so I could barely hear what he was saying, but I could hear his tone and it was rude and defensive. When I got closer and asked him to repeat, he had an attitude! He threatened to refuse to check us in at one point. He eventually honored our request but he treated us like crap during the process. Will never stay here again, nor recommend.
