Honestly, I did not like this place at all. It was super dirty, everything looks old and outdated. Another huge thing is they never have any bath or pool towels. Everytime I asked they either said it was in the dryer or they didn’t have any. On top of that they only have 2 umbrellas with like 5 chairs for people…it’s definitely not enough. Will def not come back.

The hotel room was immaculate with a very comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. The property looks like it had been recently renovated and the grounds around the property are beautifully landscaped. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Overall experience was suitable for our needs. However, there was an issue with the deposit for our stay. The hotel was supposed to charge 100 deposit, then reinstate the funds accordingly. The hotel ended up charging 106.88. And only returning 100. They are claiming Hotels.com is under the Expedia umbrella, and they tend to not include the appropriate resort fees. They did manage to return the funds, after my wife argued over the phone. I am only bringing this to everyone's attention, because 6 dollars times whomever else stayed, adds up to a good amount of money. This should be looked into.

The room is clean, spacious, and it has a balcony and a good mountain view. The only drawback is they didn't tell the bath gel and they don't have it in stock. Overall it is good!
