Pretty good value for the price. Not a bad location, property is updated but still pretty noisy. You can clearly hear someone walking above you Dining is limited in the immediate vicinity but Palm Springs is just 20-25 minutes away! Again, it’s still very good value!

The staff was amazing! Very friendly. We were accidentally given a room that hadn’t been cleaned. The resort is very basic and the only amenity in the room was a fridge. The mineral pool and hot tubs are chlorinated. The hotel had coffee issues, decaf only. The resort is family friendly, lots of concrete and basic decor, could use more plants, trees, flowers. The hotel rooms on the ground level have a big steep up to get in the room, my friend tripped trying to go in the room.

I have NEVER stayed at a hotel where I occupied a room and another guest used their key to open my door. It happened to me during my stay. My room wasn’t ready at the hotel’s time for check-in. They switched me to another lesser quality room which I accepted due to an appointment that was scheduled. When I called the desk, they said it was “a computer clutch”. When I was leaving for my appointment I confronted the desk in person to confirm that no access to my room could happen during my appointment. Upon my return, I went to my room and my key wouldn’t work. One would think that that the desk could have anticipated this during my face-to-face discussion earlier. Just horrible service….

Recommend choosing a higher level room

The first room we got was very small, very basic, had poor lighting and felt uncomfortable. We requested an upgrade and got it; the new room was much larger, had a balcony, had good lighting. It's worth it to request a room with 2 queen beds.

The pool area was very nice. We stayed 3 days and they didn’t clean the room (which is becoming the standard). If you need clean towels, you need to exchange them and for some of us, it was quite a walk just to get towels. The room was clean except for the disgusting carpet. I had to wear my shoes. I don’t know why they don’t just rip it out and put laminate down, much easier to care for.
