For the price paid everything was great. However, with Hotel and Spa in the name though, I expected a bit more. The room had no hand soap, iron or blow dryer. We stayed 4 days and our room was never cleaned or towels restocked. They do not have full time masseuse on staff so need to make reservation at least 2 hours ahead.

Went for the mineral spa and it was perfect. Pool was very nice as well. Room was good but not oh wow. A little stinky from everyone coming back into room wet and carpet probably never dries. Nice view of mountains. Staff was very friendly. Store across street was nice to grab some food and drinks.

Our first room (spa suite) had broken A/C, plywood shelving and a futon that was similar to a bag of rocks. A room change was granted by a nice staff member. Second room was better but still a mid experience... unheated spa, broken DVD player (no TV or internet near spa) ill fitting window coverings leaving us with zero privacy. Even the small perks.were missing no robes in our room and the ice machine was broken. The staff was very sweet and I got to the point that I just gave up. I think they are trying but have a way to go.

The staff was wonderful. The room was clean, but the shower wasn't so clean. Guests were friendly. The amenities were great- loved playing ping pong and using the mineral water spa. My massage therapist was excellent!

It's an old old hotel, it's very different than the pictures. No couch to sit and relax in the room, no arts , no good coffee or pastries. Not thoughtful in everyway. It's 2.5 star hotel. Front desk are nice and welcoming. Mineral pools are nice.

Not at all what we expected. The pictures they provide on their website do not represent reality. Our bed sunk in the middle, very uncomfortable and the pillows are very cheap. This is far from a resort and more like a motel feel. We also found out the hard way, they don’t clean your room until you check out with multiple night stays. I guess the attendant is supposed to inform you upon check in which she did not. I would opt to stay somewhere else even if more expensive.

Rooms were big and had all amenities . Safe location and easy to get to food. Grocery store across the street. Pool and jacuzzi were pleasant and nice to enjoy . Con was ...while i did stay a friday night ...all i heard in every direction was other people banging... That was the con of it all.... definitely annyoing to hear 1 room on the left bang then the room above bang then the room on the side bang and alll the other rooms. Supoose i was the only solo traveler at this location.

Too far from rancho mirage. The window only had blinds; no curtains to cover the bright lights coming from the pool and other rooms. One small chair and one chair that is too big to move is all we got. Not enough space to put my stuff. Tv was not working to get cable. Bed was not comfortable. It was noisy. Outside area is sketchy. Room was smelly. Staff was nice.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were wonderful and really polite and helpful. The room had a wonderful view of the mountains and was really clean and spacious. The pool was fantastic great temperature any time of day in the winter season. Will def stay here again as soon as we can!

Amazing pool and a wonderful staff. Issues with the overall stay that were negative Or do to decisions, the ownership has been making, and what appears to be a cost saving measure. Unfortunately, it leaves their staff having to apologize more than any other place I’ve ever stayed.

NOT A SPA!!! Not quiet, not relaxing. Bldgs , public areas run down, in need of major upkeep. AC unit in room not working, it was 85+ degrees in PS!!!Had to buy a fan from Target. House keeping lacking. Parking lot became very shady after dark, didn't feel safe. Extremely loud, noisy foreigners on property. Avoid poolside rooms, esp around stairwells, elevator due to foot traffic, rolling carts, etc all day long. Not a lot of restaurants or shopping nearby, only Mexican and fast food. The nicer spa was up the street. My confusion, my mistake. Have seen nicer Motel 6's. Website photos are like 20 yrs old. Can't recommend location for travelers hoping for quiet and relaxation.
