The people in the lobby & the staff around the pool and the were very nice. Our room was not ready on time and it was given an hour later and because of this we were given the same extra time to due our check out, this was great because our kids had extra time on the next day to be in the pool, The room was clean and the breakfast was great!!

The rooms were very dirty, very old, and the smell in our room was unbearable. Unfortunately the hotel was sold out so we could not even move rooms. This was one of the worst hotel Experiences we’ve had. Very disappointed, because usually Embassy Suites is a good hotel.

Check in was great. Staff was very welcoming and engaging. The evening reception was wonderful! The bartender is so friendly, engaging and just the best service. Breakfast was great, good selections! Just a bit too noisy, but to be expected. This is one of our favorite places to stay
