Room was not clean. Couch was stained. Carpet was ripped from the edges. Nails were poking out from the edges. AC was leaking water. We just had to stay over one night so we just got throw the night and went our way.

Nice and clean, good place for families. The breakfast was great I like the fact that they serve omelettes. We enjoyed the giant chess and the pin pong table that add extra activities for the kids beside the pool.

The rooms were very big and spacious. The furniture was a little outdated not very much amenities available and bathroom was small. Staff were friendly and they had great breakfast service. You have to pay for parking. I believe it was $15 a night. Overall, it was a three star hotel as stated.

Property is in need of an update. Rooms are dingy and musty. Stains on the carpet and bathroom needed to be cleaned better. Was not told at check in that you had to request that your room be cleaned the day prior. Not all bad though. Breakfast was good and drinks in the evening were nice. Price is good but doubt I would stay at this location again.

Sadly disappointed

I have stayed here before and sadly this visit I found roaches in the room. We first saw them coming out from behind the frames on the walls in the living area, then saw baby cockroaches throughout the bathroom, but found adult roaches in the area where the refrigerator is at coming in and out of the splintered wood of the cabinets. The beds were super comfy

Breakfast was delicious and very convenient. Older room but comfortable and quiet. We did have to ask for sheets and pillows for the pull out bed. The bathtub faucet ran constantly. There was a discrepancy in the pricing for parking on Hotels.com and at the site. QR pay to park was fine, but not upfront in the description. Also stated $10 per day but it was $15, so that added $15 to our parking cost.
