I didn't arrive until just after 9pm and Misty Ensured everything was perfect! Everyone was wonderful and helpful. I enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi which were open 24hrs. Also bonus for me this is an adults only hotel 😁

Their customer service was excellent. The staff did a great job of alerting guests to eateries open on Thanksgiving. The property on the whole was nice. With that said, my room (#2) needed a lot of TLC. And to add insult to injury, the TV mysteriously lost its signal from the hours of 1am - 6am. Hmmm.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! The staff was exceptional - everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, the property was quiet and relaxing. We especially loved that it was kid-free and pet-free. It was a short drive from either downtown or the Palm Desert area and they don’t charge for parking on property. A continental breakfast is provided, we loved eating out in the courtyard. We would definitely stay here again!

We LOVED this hotel and are already planning our return! The staff were so friendly and welcoming it made us feel instantly at home. The courtyard area is lovely - we honestly spent half our trip happily hanging by the pool. I adored the attention to detail - the kitchen is fully stocked, the pool has everything you would need to enjoy it, great snacks provided, etc. You just realllllly feel taken care of in a way I haven’t really felt at a hotel before. Book this place!!!

I loved our stay. It was nice to stay in a place that was unique. Staff was awesome. Hot tub was great. My only complaint was the landscaper blew the leaves and degree into the pool and by our room. Lucky we noticed and shut the door. Communication was needed with that. We loved our upgrade. VIP is awesome!

The staff was amazing. They bought us a bottle of champagne as s birthday gift. The mornings featured dozens and dozens of humming birds zooming around like fighter jets. The nights are so quiet and calming. I'll be back

Staff were excellent and our room no 2 was perfect right by the pool. The only slight hiccup was on our third morning they ran out of milk so no cereal, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.
