It’s really a shame that this hotel has so much unrealized potential. Great location. Good bones, but it is so run down and dirty. The pool area is especially run-down and dirty. We were there for 3 days and there was the same dirty cups, trash, and spills on the concrete the entire visit. The cushions on the recliners were so stained, I didn’t want to sit on them. There were spill stains and used Q-tips on our patio. It’s as if no-one cleaned up the area at all. All of the concrete needs a power wash which I saw them using in the front entrance of the hotel. We were there during the week and unfortunately there was no service in the pool area and the lobby bar closed at 9:00 even though there were 5 customers sitting there. The rooms were clean, although there were definitely some worn spots on the bathroom wall and sticky glue on the sliding glass door. I will be finding another place to stay next time we go to Palm Springs.

I will never stay here again. The rooms are old and dingy. I had to call for room service the minute I checked in. There was hair on my bed, poop droppings around the toilet and the bathtub/shower had broken tile and mildew. There is so many other places to stay in PS - not here!

The convenience of the location was good, but the room was dirty. There were eyelashes in the bathroom, a broken fingernail, a staple and a piece of glass on the room floor, and besides those things the room just wasn’t clean. It was really disappointing and very unsanitary. Even though the location was good, and any staff(even though not many that we encountered) was nice, we will never stay here again and would not recommend.

Stayed here for three nights the first night that we checked in we had to change rooms three times because the rooms were not clean. They got us new sheets for the third room and we had to put the sheets on ourselves. We got a phone call from the manager saying they were going to compensate the first night and the fees of the hotel room, but I have not received an email or anything of such. Not sure if their vacuum does not work, but the floors were disgusting and the beds were dirty and so were the bathrooms. There was a fingernail and a dead bug in one of the rooms also. The next day I asked for the room to be serviced by the maid and she told me that she did not speak English then I started to speak to her in Spanish and she got upset because I asked her to clean the room and change the sheets for us.The front Desk was great and so was the valet. Great location in downtown Palm Springs, this would be a great hotel if they kept up on the cleanliness

Loved just about everything. Valet included with your stay. Events on at the hotel. Nice bar and very good location and walkable. Only downfall was we stayed 1 night and no one cleaned our room. We were out all day and didn’t notice to call to have it cleaned until we returned in the evening. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Very accommodating

Overall the hotel is in great location but limited service. Often the bar is closed. Pool area the water steams were not working. Not enough staff to keep the service going. But due to location we had a lot of other options to explore the area. Overall I give 4 stars for great locations and ambiance.
