Pros: Property is centrally located. Walking distance to Casino, restaurants and shopping.🚶Quiet. If not busy, no charge for early check in. Resort fee covers parking. Cons: All services (restaurants, shop, etc.) are outsourced. There isn’t much to do at the hotel in the evening. Play pool in the lobby, bring your own drinks and mini speaker. 😉

There were a few inconvenient things during my stay. The room was great, but the AC motor was really loud. The ice machine was out of order on my floor. And the elevator was out of service for a couple of days.

I truly enjoy the Zoso and will stay there again On this particular trip, house keeping was pretty difficult to get a response from I went to the front desk three times and called once in an attempt to get clean towels. It took three days before towels were delivered. Hopefully this was an anomaly

Lovely 3-night stay: Quick check in & out, friendly staff, clean & spacious room. Coachella weekend was ideal for crowd control, got the pool basically to ourselves (although the area around the spa was kind of stinky). We will stay at Zoso again in the future.

Clean room, not much else

Room was very clean and comfortable. Outside area by pool reeks of dog urine. Nice looking bar never open, outdated bar was super basic and overpriced. Coffee shop hours were random despite posted hours.

The hotel is super cute! The staff are amazing! The pool is great. Only complaint it they do not keep it picked up around the pool daily. The rest of the hotel is super clean. You are steps away from downtown. I would definitely stay again!
