Welcoming to pets but no real pet area. Hotel is pretty run down. Fixtures were leaking overall just a mediocre hotel room. The whole property is pretty run down, large room but I desperate need of a deep clean and refurbishment. It’s ok, but at this price point would choose to stay elsewhere.

This hotel is in a great location, in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. But the room was a bit tired. Not dirty but rather old. It could use a little updating. Our room needed a light on one side of the bed, and no convenient plugs to charge phones.
