Nice resort, friendly staff.

The pool was nice, the service was friendly. The beds were comfy and it was overall a good stay. The hotel is a little bit old but it runs well and is super close to down town. my kids loved it. Would definitely stay there again.

We went here for my mothers bday weekend and we had a good stay but some things i would nit pick at is some of the staff is very rude they have no conversation and they look at u as if ur dumb also if ur room is t by an elevator good luck because it is a very long walk to one. And some of the beds had stains on the sheets. Besides that it is a nice property for what we spent

Ok but lacking some service points

I've been here many times over the years but this time just felt a little different in terms of service. I still love this hotel but some of the basic service points were missing. The pools were not that busy at all... maybe 20-30 people at each pool but each day they were there, there were never any towels stocked. We asked the bartender multiple times and they never brought any. One of the jacuzzis was also not working and we asked the front desk if it was broken and they seemed surprised it was off and said they would turn it on... it never came on for all the days we were there.
