Expedia let me book a one bedroom but once I went there the hotel gave me a room which was not a one bedroom. I called Expedia and they said oh no you never booked a one bedroom and I am not blind I booked the same one bedroom last year same time so this was my reason to go there. The front desk girls confirmed that Expedia sometimes does this and I am not the only one. I couldn’t prove anything I had lot of food that went to trash so it was not fun. The call with expedia didnt go anywhere. Some kind of magic computing they do to switch things but I got upset when front desk girls told me this happens a lot with Expedia in this hotel.

Short 3 night stay

Our state was very nice. I enjoyed the water aerobics class. I took one of the adult pools was very cold not really usable. We always enjoy staying in Shadow Ridge and I’ve been back many times.

Had a great time, but came back to the room one night and was getting ready for bed and saw a few roaches crawling on the walls. Woke up me and my girlfriend and she couldn’t go back to sleep until I killed them. Hoping I can talk to someone about this.

Gorgeous property and AMAZING pools. Extremely family and kid friendly. Super clean and just beautiful all around the property. The extra $25/night parking was an annoying hidden cost, as was the extra cost for “towel service”. But overall an awesome place to stay!

Paid for a villa room with bathtub and was put in a handicap accessible room with no bathtub. Room came with a clogged sink and a shower that didn’t work. Then was changed rooms to one that had a bright light right outside the bedroom window that was so bright the room was lit up all night to the point it looked like it was daytime outside at 2:30 am. Overall just horrible experience I would never recommend anyone staying here. Completely ruined my brides night before our wedding and the night of our wedding as well
