The ENTIRE property was dirty, dingy,outdated, poorly kept. I twisted my ankle outside in one of the big holes in the parking lot. All the edges of the carpet in our room were dusty. Water spots in the ceiling. VERY dirty carpet that connected the 1st and 2nd floor. Smelled like feet. The property has a lot of potential but it’s very BADLY kept and in dire need of MANY updates.

I arrived hotel before noon I went to front desk first when I got to the hotel I asked how much the hotel cost. The rates were much more expensive than what I had found on the internet. So what should I do? I booked a room at half price through Hotels.com. It took 3 hours to get my room key. More than 10 people came after me, they got the room keys before me. Later I found out that Hotel charged me $171.53 without my authorization, even though I prepaid through Hotels.com. It was an unpleasant experience,

It took more than half an hour wait to check in. Not really many people in the line, two receptionists at the front desk, don't know why it's so slow.
