Room spelled like urine. Someone tried to break into my room Told the hotel and they moved us to second floor and the entire sliding door was boarded up with cardboard. I will never stay there again it eas grotesquely overpriced

The hot pools at the resort were wonderful. Hot, uncrowded and relaxing. Our room was clean and comfortable, but needing new carpet. Also it lacked any outdoor furniture on the balcony, which wasn't really a big problem during our stay because it was too cold and windy to sit outside. If it had been nicer weather, I would have requested some to be supplied.

This establishment has very helpful and friendly staff, and is very reasonably priced. The 8 pools being open 24 hours is also a great benefit of staying here

This dated property offers a classic desert / spa hotel stay. The main pool is surrounded by small hot soaking pools open at all hours. The restaurant /bar was a reasonably priced tasty breakfast with great service. Upon check in I was charged a 10 dollar service fee that was not listed on travelocity. The clerk said it should be noted for everyone checking in. Our room was a bit outdated , some lights didn’t work and no hot water in the shower, we could hear people talking next door thru the walls. Over all it was an adventure.
