This place has lots of cholos standing outside the buildings. Most of them don’t even have a room. Very loud place and not peaceful

It’s located across the street from trail tracks and also on a busy street. If you are trying to get some sleep, it’s not the place to stay.

Staff was courteous at check-in and out. Door lock issue in the beginning was quickly resolved. No complaints with water or room temps and TV worked fine. Floor boards were separating in places and bed mattress slumped. Soap only, shampoo costs extra. Hair dryer at front desk, when available. The location is convenient to Indio sights. It is also adjacent to a major road and to two train tracks. The passing of long trains, sometimes two at a time, was frequent and quite loud if staying in a front side room. The discounted room price was good for this area but getting a good night's sleep is problematic.

Plenty of parking with space for RV/trailers. People hanging around in parking lot. Room was clean despite towels and sheets having small stains. Thin walls, can hear people next door and trains passing 2-3 times a night.

The woman who checked us in was excellent. We needed to change rooms and she was very accommodating. Rooms are very basic--I think the odd numbered rooms don't have fridges and the even numbered rooms do. But everything is very clean and there are lawns for dog relief all around.

Security could be improved, too many people who didn’t belong there, suspicious activity going around at night. Makes the place feel scary. The rooms are nice and clean, just the people who hang around aren’t the best.
