The room I was given looks absolutely nothing like what is pictured in their advertising. I was booked for one day and it would have been fine but the room I was assigned had blasting very hot air and would not cool down. They did not have any other rooms available so I ended up getting a refund and leaving. Despite the property not being great the office staff was very friendly and helpful.

No hot water comes out of the bathroom sink. Only one very thin blanket on the bed; had to ask for an additional one. Very short shower curtain, permitting shower water to get on bathroom floor. After informing office that refrigerator needed looking at (froze everything and ruined food, canned sodas exploded, causing water to run out on the floor) nothing was done about it during my stay.

I felt unsafe, dirty, false information. Walking into the property I was told they matched price. They said they didn’t. They charge for parking when it doesn’t make silence it’s an open parking lot with no gates. Walking into the room it was not made trash can was overflowing of trash from previous person. Second room ac was not working felt like a sauna. For the amount I paid for it was not worth it. I paid over 100$ for one night. Staff- while taking to her she kept jumping to another person and helping them while I was still talking to her. Did not like that at all. Was not respected by that.

Terrible place to stay. Not for familes with kids.

Homeless people right outside the office. All night some guests were screaming and cussing, felt very unsafe, could not sleep. Front desk had no idea whats going on. Check in was 3:30 but the room was not ready and asked to come back in 2 hours. Terrible place to stay. Would never book again. If you are travelling with kids this place is very unsafe. Be careful.

You get what you pay for!

This is what I expected from a low price motel. The towels and sheets were very low quality. The room itself was clean, but extremely outdated all the furniture looked as if they came out of the 60s. The hallways were dirty and the elevator was out of service. I was very happy that I only had to sleep there one night.
