The front desk women including the manager were absolutely despicable. The ladies kept hanging up on me. They didn't have the pool view I paid for so they gave us a handicap room. The most disrespectful service ever! The prices are too high for the rude service you are going to get. They are always claiming to be renovating and never have anything you pay for. We have been coming here for years but their service and the food is bad now. They need a management change or we will never set foot in this place again.
We paid for a pool view and got this from the psycho in the front desk and she threatened us and called security because we asked for a refund and to change our room.

While the property was nice and the pool area and room itself was nice, there was a lot of fees that weren’t mentioned on the website when I booked the rooms and the staff members weren’t very nice or helpful, for starters when I booked the rooms it said “free WiFi” but when we got there and used the paper that was on the bed to sign into the WiFi it wanted us to pay $15 per day per device just for WiFi, when I brought this up to the front desk they told us they were unsure of what was going on and couldn’t provide any help so we just didn’t use the WiFi, secondly there was no mention about having to pay for parking each day it’s $28 per day to park at the resort and If you don’t use your room key when entering or exiting the parking lot it will be $28 each time to enter or leave not for the whole day so expect to pay atleast $28 a day just to park, the hotel staff was very rude when we asked for new towels and when we asked for a later checkout they acted like it was an inconvenience for them.

During my recent stay, I encountered several issues that detracted from the overall experience. Many fees were not clearly disclosed in advance, including a daily parking charge. At check-in, staff failed to mention that my room key could be used to access the parking gate, which caused unnecessary confusion. I also rented poolside chairs for two days and was charged an additional waiter service fee. However, the service was inconsistent—on the second day, the chairs were prepared with towels and accompanied by a bucket of ice-cold water, while no amenities were provided on the first day. Additionally, the website is not user-friendly. Its structure makes it difficult to locate essential information, and the overall navigation experience is frustrating. Unfortunately, these issues left a negative impression, and I do not plan to return.
