The Residence Marriott in Palm Desert is ok. Our room was nice and comfortable. Unfortunately, our toilet clogged up as soon as we arrived. We needed to do a load of laundry after traveling so many days. The laundry facility was out of order!!! Going to the next hotel was really not an option. The dining room needs to be renovated. The food was not great.

Very clean - very friendly.

Nice, one night stay - room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Front desk was extremely helpful. Nice pool but lacked in pool furniture. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

Good location off 10 freeway but far enough away to be quiet. Ok walking area on sidewalk along golf course and street. Dining options were walkable. Left a day early because of fire alarms issue about noon. Asked for credit and it was given. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel overbooked and did not honor two out of our 5 reservation. They told us they reserved two rooms at a sister property, but that was not true and made our entire stay a nightmare. I do not recommend this hotel and will never stay there again. The afternoon staff was extremely unprofessional and did not provide support. It is not the level of services expected from a Marriott brand.
