We love the location of this hotel. It is conveniently located for good restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and golfing. Easy access to main roads too. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. I must admit that we had a couple of disappointments since our visit a year ago. The pool furniture needs to be replaced. There were only 4 chaise loungers and 3 were ripped and sagging. Furniture and tables are faded and worn. It all looks "tired". The laundry facility was out of order. Although our room was very clean and orderly, the upholstered furniture needs replaced. There seemed to be newer curtains and newer replaced carpeting. One morning we noticed a car pull up to the hotel and 3 women got out. They did not look like they were staying at the hotel. They looked "homeless". Sure enough all 3 were soon sitting on the patio and enjoying the area and then one entered into the hotel breakfast area as another guest let her in. She obviously had no room key. She proceeded to get her buffet breakfast. Then a second one did the same. At this point my husband went to the front desk and told the person there about what we witnessed. Shortly after that someone from the hotel office did approach the 2 women. I'm not sure what happened after that, as we were done eating and left. Obviously more consideration should be put on security.
