Well the photos are not updated. The room had a weird smell, the staff was friendly. They came and disinfected it since we couldn’t switch rooms, but the smell came back by the end of the trip. It has the potential to be such a cute hotel, but it hasn’t been kept up with.

The place is nice the drag brunch is amazing. The beds could use some upgrading and the pillows suck. The place was a good spot to stay they have a little of everything. The spa was ok I have had better for less money but I guess it depends of who is doing to massage.

The cleanliness of this property should be noted. There was clear hair on the walls of shower, actual dirty boot prints on floor of bathroom, the bed was made but still felt dirty, overall dirty feel in the room. The front desk staff was friendly at check in. We were thinking we were just going to pack up and go because we really don't love complaining but just toughed it out and left first thing in the morning. I did see some people mentioned it had been really run down but figured this is one of the most well known PS hotels so figured it would have been fine. Disappointed.

It's cute from the outside and there was plenty of parking but the rooms definitely need a remodel. Our room was very spacious but a couple of the table tops were stained, lighting was lacking and there weren't enough outlets. We got a good deal on the room so I hesitate to complain too much. They gave us vouchers for a free breakfast for each day of our stay which made up for the extra resort fees that they charge.

The entire facility needs to be upgraded. Our bathroom tub and bath floor tiles needs to be replaced. Our balcony sliding door would not lock. Strange odor on first floor hallway. Ice machines not working. Old rusted furniture at the swimming pool.

This hotel was nice 10 years ago when I first stayed there. I went back three years ago, and today it’s clear that no effort has been made to refresh or maintain it. It has aged poorly, and many things are no longer in good condition: the room curtains are torn and stained, the bathtub faucet is about to fall off, the bathroom door no longer closes, and there is a leak in the staircase leading up to the room when it rains. It’s a shame, because it used to be a cool hotel. Now there are many other alternatives of much better quality for the same budget.

Everything was great or satisfactory. The bathroom needed some updating and attention to corners, such as grout and tub surfacing, but I was happy with the service and the room. I’d stay there again!

We stayed here after our flight was cancelled. Good rate. We really liked the concept of the early check in but couldn’t get it due to capacity. Appreciated the late check out. Common areas could be updated and cleaned. Our ac didn’t work but maintenance was prompt and fixed it right away! Restaurant staff was somewhat friendly but seemed scattered. Front desk staff was kind and helpful. Keys demagnetizing easily was frustrating but staff was helpful. We enjoyed the pool area and attended a drag show which was great, however we experienced frustration along with others guest because there were no pool towels available. Other guests offered us towels. Minibar and complimentary breakfast were good perks. After all said and done I would still stay here again.

Wow, and not in a good way. Our stay was absolutely horrible. Mold in the bathroom, AC going out and making a horrendous noise, and a smell in the room that was just completely disgusting. I’ve stayed here many, many times, and this was for sure my last. I will never stay there again. Ever.
