Stayed at the Basilica for the second time and it did not disappoint. Clean, convenient for shops bars and restaurants and getting around Palma in general. The hotel-staff were welcoming and accommodating. The pool area on the roof terrace is also a big plus small but relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for a very pleasant stay in Palma.

A wonderful, beautifully designed hotel in a great location. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were welcoming, helpful and went above and beyond. The breakfast was lovely and had a great choice. Nice roof terrace with view of Palma and pool. Thank you for the kind birthday treat too!

Highly recommended. Wonderful hotel. Top notch design and upkeep. Nothing lacking. Great staff, especially Blanca. Attentive and helpful staff everyone.
