We did not enjoy being woke up at least three times by the front desk throughout the night due to noise complaints that were NOT coming from our room. That definitely made for a terrible experience. The gentleman apologized at the midnight visit. Doesn't give us or our kids their sleep back. Also everything was very expensive, bag of Chez its (small snack size) was $7 - seems like a lot.

They were very short staffed. I called from my room 3 separate times to request 2 towels, phone was never answered, when i wenr to ask i was told no staff. Also, at check in they asked igf i needed a service the next day. I said yes, but no one serviced the room.

The place is old...antiquated noisy heating system. Very poor food in restaurant...so nobody comes. But the bar keeper is terrific. Very good location...walk to Hobees and other restaurants.
