Pool bar was only open Thursday and Friday. They were out of some ingredients. No pool towels for the entire week. We had to beg for room towels and room service is only every 3 days. No floor cleaning. So, sand was everywhere. Lol the bathroom needed serious updates. Shower leaked badly. Some staff don't speak English but were nice. The beach access is wonderful! Amazing sunsets. Parking is very tight. Handicap parking extremely limited. No elevators so be prepared to carry everything down or upstairs.

We stayed three nights. The beds were comfy, everyone there were super nice, and the coffee in the morning was so great. You cant beat the view so beautiful. It is a older hotel but im pretty sure they just did a update and it was great.

The room was nice and clean and the hotel was right off the beach, but looks very rundown. Even though the weather was 82° and up, there was a lot of traffic with people wearing a mask which made it feel unsafe. There was a security person there, but all he did was smoke and wore a regular clothes. Nothing really enforceable. For $50 a night it’s exactly what you expect.

A nice place if you want the bare minimum to sleep. Definitely more for the enjoyment of the beach and pool. Could use some little details to make a tiny bit more comfortable.

Upon arrival we were taken to a room, #119, that was under const. unfinished flooring throughout, partially painted concrete ! with dirt and footprints painted INTO the floor.. torn and dirty curtains, so NO privacy on a first floor unit, dirty bathroom, no place to hang towels, we immediately asked for another room and they were not able to give us a room with 2 beds, but took us to another room, 328, with a single bed and actual flooring. The bathroom was very dirty, mold in shower, cobwebs and dead bugs in window sill. hot water coming from the cold water tap, warm water coming from the hot water tap. We did not use the shower because of the mold. AC unit ran all night and was very noisy, over flowing trash cans all around the hotel outside. A large gap under the door leading outside, bugs were coming in ! We did not get a discount for being moved to a smaller room because they said we booked through Expedia ! I will be calling Expedia for a discount. Expedia should take this hotel OFF their site until they can clean it up ! VERY disappointed. if you read / believe what Expedia says about this place, you will be very disappointed.

Outside area was nice. Bathroom at pool area had a horrible smell. More than likely caused from the flooring used that just absorbs the urine. Beds were not very sturdy ….. my biggest issue was the miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel . The pricing was all different and the hotel actually charges two days prior to stay instead of the pay at checkin as stated . Also deposits and other fees were not correct based off hotel and Expedia . Very deceiving. Also parking was horrible .

We didn’t have any body wash to bathe and the workers were up so early by the door sweeping at 7:30 Am check in was we 4pm check out 10am. You don’t even get a full stay. We had fi drive around until we doing check in.

Not one or two but 3 roaches found at arrival. There was also a roach in the lighting fixture. There were cob webs, stuff on the walls that should and need to be cleaned. The tub was moldy and gross. They used masking tape to “fix” plumbing. Awful stay. Best part about it was just walking on the beach. Go elsewhere. Don’t stay here.

The hotel stated it had been renovated and updated. It looked like they applied a coat of white paint to everything and that was it. The toilet seat was old and worn. There was black mildew on the bathroom floors, and there were bugs everywhere. It looked like a room from the late 80s that someone applied a white coat of paint too. It was very disappointing.

I have stayed here a few times but this time was horrible 10/25 the room we reserved had water all over the floor so we were moved to a room with no balcony which we paid for , to a lower room by the pool which smelled horrible but no other vacancy so we had to buy air fresheners to fill the room for our stay , then we were charged a different resort fee than initially told and I have a receipt to prove but they will not return funds … do not stay here !!!
