DISCLAIMER: After a year-long ban on golf carts in the Prominence Community, the HOA reached an agreement with one exclusive vendor, 30A Gulf Carts, who will be allowed to rent golf carts to short term travelers. If you want to rent a golf cart during your stay, we highly recommend reserving yours right after booking as there are caveats.
The agreement allows the short term rental of a limited number of golf carts through an exclusive provider, 30A Gulf Carts, effective 3/21/22. This is being done on a trial basis and will be monitored/reviewed by the Association.
Up to 30 carts will be available to rent short term on a first come basis, ONLY from 30A Gulf Carts. These carts are registered with the Association by 30A Gulf Carts and will be identifiable. 30A Gulf Carts will also provide a list of these carts to the HOA and security.
Carts cannot be rented short term from any other provider. Security will turn away other vendors attempting to drop off short term rental carts in the community, and if other short term rentals are found, these are subject to fines and/or towing.
To rent a cart, please request 30A Gulf Cart's contact information from us immediately after booking.
Again, this will be monitored by the Association for compliance. If the Association decides at any time before or during your stay to prohibit golf carts again due to travelers' negligence of community rules, Liv Vacations has no control over that decision and will not be held liable for grievances caused by the Association's decision. Liv Vacations also has no control over inventory and availability; if all 30 carts are in use, there are no strings we can pull to ensure availability.
INTERNET DISCLAIMER: All of our properties are equipped with the fastest internet service provided within their respective areas, and we utilize routers which allow us to monitor their status remotely. In the event internet service is intermittent or completely lost and the issue is determined to be caused by the service provider, there is simply nothing we can do besides wait for service to be restored and forward you updates directly from the service provider.
