Drift On Inn is a Gulf-front condo in Pinnacle Port, tucked between the beach and Lake Powell, and just under 3 miles from 30A. It even shares a border with Helen State Park, so nature’s your neighbor.

Guests have full access to all the perks: fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and jet skiing on Lake Powell. There’s a boat ramp and slips onsite, making it easy to spend time on the water. Back on land, enjoy two pools, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, charcoal grills, and saunas (one for each side).

Inside, the primary bedroom has a king bed, a large closet, and views of the lake. The upstairs kitchen and dining area look out over both the Gulf and Lake Powell. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the living room leads to balconies with even more incredible views.

Feel like doing absolutely nothing? This is a good place for that too.

Oversee 30A is local and always available, with daily support and a 24/7 emergency line—just in case something unexpected pops up.

The view was great, and we were high enough to enjoy a clear view of the water. Check in went very well and the place contained everything we needed. We appreciated the Direct TV which allowed us to tape and watch shows! We have stayed in the facility for many years, and this was the first year that all three elevators worked perfectly!

Great place

Great location, dated unit

The view is beautiful as advertised, but the unit is a bit dated and run down. It needs some cosmetic upgrades. Bedroom is hotter than upstairs living room, and the fan kept breaking. Saw a roach the first night, that was not inviting at all. For a budget friendly stay this is it. But won’t stay in this unit again. Location is great though.

Great unit, beautiful view

Really nice place to get away. Some might not like the two levels but when both of us were working, this gave us the ability to have calls without disturbing each other. Loved the facility, HATED their portal/website. It is flat out wrong on some things (like park in the garage when there isn’t a garage), misleading on some things (must add license plate), difficult to find information, and errors out (trying to add rental car, it’s not possible). But don’t ding the host or the condo for a screwy website! Great place and would absolutely stay again!

Good but definitely showed it’s age with smell

It was good, the beach access was perfect. Loved the location of the pool & property. But there was a smell inside and it got on our clothes. When ai got home I had to re-wash all our clothes. The cleaning guy woke us up coming in our room earlier than check out. Got a late check out at 4:00 which was nice from the manager but the cleaning guy came back in again and tried to clean while we were eating lunch. The stay was good for the price but will find a nicer place next time. None of the reviews mentioned the smell.

Great location but not clean

It was a great location and a nice room but it was not clean. When we arrived the door code was changed from what was sent to me. Thankfully maintenance helped us to be able to get into the room. The fear I had when I called was the fact their answering machine initially states to call back during normal business hours. The silverware we pulled from the drawers still had food on them like they had been used and put back without being washed. The downstairs bed smelled like someone’s cologne. We found multiple dead roaches and spiders. I just feel like with what I paid for the place, there shouldn’t have been these kind of issues.

Perfect location

We loved the location of our place, the private beach access was so nice. This location is wonderful for families. You are nestled between a state park and houses. Far from the high rise condos on front beach road. Our stay was the perfect size for our family of 4. You don’t have to wait long at all for an elevator, which is nice when you have all your beach gear. When you get off the elevator the beach is just a couple steps away. We loved staying here!

Enjoyable week at the beach. Morning and afternoon walks on the beach. Bedroom is downstairs with kitchen and living area upstairs to take advantage of the view from the balcony of the blue and green shades of the ocean.

Made the most of our shortened stay

Condo was perfect for our needs. Really liked having the bedroom separate from the living areas. And the extra large bathroom upstairs provided us with plenty of space for me to get ready, make up/hair etc… Being right on the beach was a must for us! The beach is so close and convenient! Only downside to our vacation was a/c outage in whole building (condos are a little older and could use minor upgrade) but location makes up for it. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short because they weren’t sure how quickly a/c would be back on. It was obviously not the fault of the rental company. They reimbursed us for the days we were not able to stay. Would book again minus a/c issue.

Fun in the sun

Beautiful beach. Amazing views from the balcony. Cute little condo and community. We had trouble with the door code upon arrival . Fixed with Quick and easy communication with rental company . Wi-Fi went out during stay , also fixed in a timely manner. Overall , wonderful stay !

Great place

Great place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Relaxing atmosphere - perfect for families. The property was clean and beautifully decorated. There were a few small things that needed attention. The tv in the living room was damaged. The screen was cloudy and the volume was really low. The closet door in the bedroom was off track, and the refrigerator and freezer doors had to be pushed closed to prevent the freezer from freezing over. I sent all of these issues to the property manager so they should be addressed. The hallway gets a little noisy at night but overall we had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

Place was great, Oversee the ones that manage the property not so great!

First we showed up to the wrong door security number! we showed up to a dirty condo that was never cleaned! The told us the would give us the cleaning fee back, to go have a nice dinner! They said they would message when I got done! They never did! They were not done until after ten, then we got to bring our stuff in! There was no blanket for the pullout bed, so kids slept with a sheet and a beach towel! They didn’t bring a blanket until after I had to ask for it and other linens! We had to go shopping the next day for groceries and other stuff because we had to have someone where to put them in the car and condo, and we could not do that until the luggage was out of my car. So they ruined more than one day essentially! Then their was roaches, they said they didn’t hear of it before, but there was two dead under the sofas and bed! They came and sprayed with raid! They said if we seen any more live ones, that they would come spray! The view and place itself are absolutely stunning! The pool and spa had roaches as well! Huge ones! Gross! Would stay at the place again as long as someone else manages the property and it was sprayed! Beautiful place straight on the beach, and you had lake views and access! In a gated community (loved this part). Loved taking walks on the beach early in the morning! Found 10 full sand dollars, 4 big and 6 small that where a quarter size or smaller! Shells were beautiful when it’s not storming! Bayou bills and the donut hole where the best places to eat!
