Enjoy our amazing beachfront retreat in the beautiful shore of Panama City Beach, newly renovated open concept condo, fully equipped kitchen new fridge, stove and dishwasher. Big-screen Samsung smart TVs (login to your favorite streaming service) in the master bedroom and family room. Comfortably accommodates 6, with king-size master bedroom with walk-in closet and jacuzzi bathtub and shower, queen-size second bedroom, twin over full-size bunk beds in the bunk room with sliding barn door for privacy, queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. New full sized dryer and washer.

This unit has unobstructed views and it is located in the center of the building on the 16th floor, the balcony is very private and spacious.

Easy check-in, you'll receive an entry code before arriving and self-register your vehicle for gated in-building parking (available oversize parking across the street). The Parking fee is $40 per vehicle per stay payable directly to the security company when registering your vehicle which will give you the entry code to the parking garage.

Palazzo is only 1 mile west of Pier Park, you can walk to it on the beach in 30 minutes, Bay Town Trolley stops 100 yards away.

Plenty of dining and entertaining options nearby, Winn-Dixie within walking-distance (500 yards), don't miss some of our favorites spots: Dusty's Oyster Bar, Jin Jin 88, Sharky's Beachfront Restaurant.

Beach Chair service included (1 double lounge chair with umbrella) from March 6th through October 15th or you can bring your own.

Full-size washer and dryer in unit, hairdryers in each room, magnifying face mirror, blender, fridge with ice-maker, coffee maker, toaster... you get all the beach vacation necessities!

We would love to have you as guests and enjoy this perfect piece of paradise as much as we do, we have renovated it and furnished it with family vacation time in mind, including large modern TVs for your favorite streaming services (free cable TV included) and plenty of balcony seating for all to appreciate the sunset!

The Palazzo is a non-smoking building, and our condo is a non-smoking unit, absolutely no smoking allowed, if you need to smoke this is not the right condo.

My husband and I stayed with our daughter, son in law, and their 2 boys. We had plenty of room and the condo had all the dishes , appliances, etc we needed. The balcony had plenty of seating to enjoy the view!

Great vacation and condo

We had a very pleasant vacation at this condo. It was updated and had everything we needed. During busy times of the day, elevators took just a couple of minutes, but this is outside of the owner’s control. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or to recommend it to friends. One of the better condos I’ve stayed in at Panama City Beach.

Awesome girls trip!!

Nothing short of amazing!!

Our stay was amazing! The views from balcony are breath taking!! I can’t say enough. Condo feels so homey and comfy, beds were comfortable along with super soft linens. Kitchen was stocked with anything you may need! Sophie was wonderful and went out of her way to make sure we were happy! We will be booking again soon!

Beautiful condo on the ocean

The condo was beautiful and nicely decorated, oceanfront. The elevators are fast and were not crowded. The pool was also not crowded which was nice and relaxing. I would say the cleaning service could do a more thorough job. The floors were sandy, hair on the pillows in one bedroom, and some clothing was under the couch. Overall we would stay there again. The owners were very accommodating for our family!

An amazing rental

We had a wonderful experience at this property and it allowed for an amazing vacation. The unit was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The owners were amazing to work with and the communication was exceptional. The facilities were fantastic and nothing beats the balcony view. We will be returning very soon!

The perfect getaway!

We loved our stay here, everything is brand new, super clean, with thoughtful touches throughout the condo. We enjoyed the location as it is right on the beach (access on the bottom floor of the tower) and only a mile walk from a ton of restaurants and a popular pier that has a bunch of things to do. The highlight is the spacious balcony that runs the length of the condo and has gorgeous views of the ocean. We ate every meal out on the balcony to soak up the scenery as much as possible. Check in was super simple, Sophie and Sebastian sent us all the needed info and were readily available for any questions we had.
