Our vacation rental comfortably hosts groups up to six - all in private bedrooms and with no bunk beds or pull-out sofas. We're seeking guests who will care for our fully remodeled condo as their own and assist us in preserving its immaculate condition. In exchange, you will find top the line (comfortable) furnishings, decor, and plush (NEW) beds, etc. We stock an array of amenities not often found in short term rentals: additional beach chairs, beach gear, and an abundance of extra supplies. We aim to offer an experience that feels similar to staying at your friend's beach house, and in return, we trust you'll treat our well-appointed updated condo with the same care and respect. With a king-size bed in the gulf-side master bedroom, a king bed in the 2nd bedroom suite and a full bed in the private room, our condo very comfortably sleeps 6 – all in beds. Enjoy panoramic views from the expansive private beach-front balcony.

Therefore, we allow our guests control of the thermostat, ensuring your accommodation is tailored to your liking. Booking Information:
• Check-in after 4:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am.
• HOA Policy: Must be 25 years or older to rent. No student groups allowed.
• Maximum Occupancy: 6
• No Pets allowed
• No Smoking in or around the property. Please note that Celadon Beach Resort has a strict no smoking policy and no pet policy for renters. Any violation of the smoking or pet policy will result if the loss of your damage deposit and potential immediate eviction without refund.
• Parking Permit required - $45 flat fee per vehicle per stay.
• E-signed Rental Agreement required upon booking; a 3-day grace period for e-signature.
• Credit card payments: 2nd payment (due 60 days from stay) automatically collected.
• A $250 Security Deposit "Hold" will be placed on your card that is on file 5 days prior to arrival. Holds are released within 2 days of departure, often the same day.
