Nauti Meksikonlahdesta Panama City Beachin hiljaisesta päästä tässä Commodore-yksikön 3. kerroksen yksikössä. Tämä iso 1400 neliömetrin 3 makuuhuoneen / 3 kylpyhuoneen on täydellinen suurille perheille tai perheille, jotka lomailla yhdessä. Koko olohuoneessa on paljon istuimia, koko perhe voi nauttia toistensa seurassa valmistautuessaan hauskanpitoon auringossa:

Hot tub was very hot and pool was on the cool side. Palm trees blocked sunset views. Recommend leaving tv/remote instructions. A/C stopped working and repair man was quick and said it was dirty and needed cleaned out. Ran fine afterwards.

We enjoyed our stay. The floor to the condo was rather dirty upon entering. Children’s feet were black from walking around the room on day 1. The room was equipped with all essentials. The room to the left needed a new mattress badly. The shower needed some TLC because it leaked out the shower door on to the floor. It had a great view with shade from the palm trees.

Honesty is the best policy and this Commodore 306 day was one of the best vacations we as a family have ever had we love having a facility is laid out and the kitty pool is fenced in so you can sit there with your child and not worry about them running to the larger pool you have a beautiful view of the pool/hot tub/kitty pool an amazing view of the beach, obviously where everybody comes for The ocean just footsteps away there is an on-site security officer, which is really nice a beautiful section of the beach, quiet very relaxed and laid-back. plenty of room in the condo to play games and activities with the kiddos. we really enjoyed ourselves and when you book and talk with the people that actually own the condo asked for April she is amazing. She’s one of those customer service workers that actually care about their jobs and really put you at ease about your vacation they understand that a vacation isn’t just about relaxing. It’s about making memories that can be cherished for a lifetime. we can’t wait to go back. We had a phenomenal time, and this is a honest review from an real person with a real family and real expectations and Commodore 306 met all of them and more. Have a blessed day.

Nice beds, great location on beach. No Crock Pot which is a family must…outdoor cushions are ripped & dirty as is inside chair couches. Beautiful Palm Trees but block most of the view…really like the commodore but this room needs to be updated for the rental price.

Clean and Convenient

If you are looking for convenience to beach, restaurants and St Andrews State Park this is the place to be. Easy check in, in constant contact with property management company, they were very helpful about check in and checking to see if we needed anything. A fun family vacation.

Review of our stay

Everything was fine with our condo. The only thing that could use some attention was the guest bedroom/bathroom that my family used. It was the one with a king bed. That bathroom minor cosmetic issues that could be repaired. The other bathrooms were newly renovated and this particular one had not been. Our king bed in the guest master was comfortable. The property and grounds were beautiful. The location was perfect. Communication with staff on site and through text, was done on with ease.

Perfect place for a family

We enjoyed staying here very much. Most everything we needed was provided and due to the detailed listing we were able to bring any needed items with us because we knew about it in advance. There was plenty of seating indoor and outdoor which was a pleasant surprise! There were sand toys, pool noodles and even 2 beach chairs for us to use during our stay. We had plenty of dishes, cups etc…the only thing lacking was paper towels and toilet paper, however, the detailed ad alerted us we would need to bring some extra.

Winter getaway

The manager was in contact with us the day before and an hour before arrival. Security had us checked in and up to speed and within minutes we were in the condo. The condo was clean. The living room furniture was comfortable with a great view of the gulf. The kitchen well stocked. The beds were select comfort which in my opinion are the best and both master bedrooms have walkout onto the balcony. The bathrooms are a little smaller than they look in the pictures but more than adequate. The thing that makes this place stand out is the balcony. It is around 40 feet long with comfortable padded seating for 10 people. No cheap plastic chairs. There is a great view of the pool and hot tub, which we were told were 84 and 102 degrees and the white sand beach and gulf. The unit is the first one off the elevator so you can be in the pool or on the beach in less than a minute. Also, thanks to the USAF at Tyndall for the daily fighter jet flybys. They still give me goosebumps.

The rental agency was excellent from beginning to end. Communication was great.

The cleanliness of unit 306 was a little lacking. Air vents were full of lint/dirt. One of the toilets was not working properly; however service was prompt, occurring the following day, and resulted in toilet replacement.

Great Vacation

The condo was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for the 7 of us that stayed here. We had a minor issue with one of the toilets not flushing properly but the property manager was very quick to respond and get it taken care of. Any questions that we had were answered very quickly. The only minor downside of this place is that the balcony view of the pool/ocean is about 80% blocked by palm trees. Otherwise, we had an amazing family vacation! I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We had a great week with our friends and children. The cleanliness of the condo wasn’t real great. Definitely could use a deep cleaning. Crumbs under couch’s and food wrappers under beds. Sand still on the floors (but i’m sure that is an endless battle). One elevator wasn’t working the entire time we were there, so made unloading our belongings and groceries a bit hard with a long elevator line for the one that did work. Other than that we had a great time and it was close to the beach and I would book here again. The palm trees blocked majority of our view from the balcony, but I still enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the waves.

Family getaway

Location of room and short walk to the beach made our trip enjoyable. Size of condo was great, just need a little updating. Family of 5+1 was comfortable. Everything is close by
