Family get away

We had a wonderful week at lazy days. The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and one toddler. This was a great location with a grocery store and many restaurants close by. It was just a short walk to the beach and they had 2 large wagons to help transport beach supplies. The pool was awesome after a day at the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

Great house, Great Location!

The house was as described. Lots of room. The pool was fabulous. Easy walk to the beach. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. We loved the location!!!

Fabulous!

We have stayed in many properties on 30A, and this one ranks at the top. The private location, the large pool area, and very clean, spacious house are exactly as listed. Loved the labeling of all the light switches, genius layout of beds and baths downstairs, and amazing well stocked kitchen. Very short walk to the quiet, uncrowned beach. We will be back!!

Great Stay

We just stayed with 2 familes in the home during spring break. The house was well appointed inside and everything was very clean inside the home. The house is well stocked with dishes, glassware, and any cooking items you would need. The location to the beach was ideal, a short 5 min walk. We paid to heat the pool and that was a smart play as the temps outside were a bit chilly but it didn't stop us from swimming in the heated pool. There was really only 2 drawbacks and that was the back yard looks like it could use some tlc but it didn't slow us down. The other was that there were no beach towels provided so bring your own. Otherwise the place was ideal for us and easy to get down to Rosemary Beach or Aly's for nightly dinners.

Great house! Lots of stairs to beach though

This house was beautiful!! Couldn’t ask for a better house. Everything was comfortable, new, and clean. The pool was amazing and definitely no need for heat in June! Without it being heated, it was like bath water (it was also like 95 degrees outside every day we were there). We had three 4 year olds, one 6yo, one 10yo, 4 adults in 30-40s, and 2 adults in late 60s. We had plenty of space and all enjoyed our time. My only complaint with Seacrest is the number of stairs to the beach (you’ll find this issue with almost every Seacrest property though). There were 6 flights of stairs down to the beach. It was a little hard on my 68 year old parents and our 4 year olds. The walk from the house to the beach was 5 minutes though! So if you don’t mind the stairs, this place is perfect!!

Beautiful Home and relaxing stay

Home looked exactly as pictured. Very spacious, nicely furnished, and had thoughtful touches that made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. The beach experience was less than stellar with dead fish onshore but the pool more than made up for it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Everything describes in the house were dead on it. The kitchen has everything you need, cleanliness top of the line. My family enjoyed and ready to stay again. The only thing are the stairs if you have an elderly member they can be to much. Loved, loved, loved.

Great House for 2 to 3 families. Chair rental issue

House is perfect for 2 families, potentially 3 families. House was really nice and had everything need for 4 adults and 4 kids under 9. Beach access at the end of the road. Short walk. Renting beach chairs was tough. Everything left of access will not allow rentals. Everything right allows chair/umbrella rentals. This was unclear from the beginning, and I wished we had some better advice. Packed muled stuff to beach for 2 days before we realized we could rent them Jake’s rental.

Excellent house

This is our second time renting this house and we have already booked for next year! Great for two family’s. House has everything you need for your stay. Clean, modern, great pool and 5 minutes from a quiet private beach. We love Lazy Days!

We had a great vacation. The house met all expectations. Impressed with the cleanliness and condition of the house. Location excellent. The private beach was the best. The pool was ideal for our family gathering. We were not disappointed. The TV operation was confusing, but the whole house sound system was very good.

Beautiful house in lovely community. Short walk to the clean, white sand beach. Lots of stairs though. Everyone enjoyed our trip to Lazy Days.

Great Experience!

This was my second time at this property and it did not disappoint! The kids love the bunk room and there is plenty of space to spread out and relax. The pool is private and the outdoor shower provides a great place to rinse off after a day at the beach. I love how many extras the property has...high chair seat, beach chairs, wagon, pool toys, etc. The walk to the beach is a bit long for multiple trips per day but it isn’t too bad. The neighborhood is quiet and overall I highly recommend this spot!

Perfection

We absolutely LOVED our stay! We didn't want to leave. When booking I was a little disappointed I couldn't find something on the ocean, but the house was so amazing that we didn't mind walking the short distance to the private beach access. We had 13 of us and we never felt crammed at all. We could have honestly fit another few ppl in with us. The neighborhood was quiet and we saw very few people out. The beach was never packed and we never had to share a space on the beach. The pool was large and we paid to have it heated. This was an after thought so I called on our 2nd day and they showed up in 5 minutes to turn it on. It was definitely worth it as the kids swam from sun up to sun down. They had a lot of pool toys for the kids. The house was immaculate and decorated so beautifully! If I was to build a home I'd want it to be just like that house. Everything was clean, smelled amazing and the house was stocked with plenty of blankets and towels. Make sure to bring dish soap, laundry soap, coffee, and trash bags as trash bags are not provided other than the original one. I would recommend grocery shopping at the Winn Dixie vs the Publix if you want to save money.

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful and just A couple of minutes from the beach. The pool was clean and large size. There are a lot of steps In and around the house. This property wouldn’t be ideal for someone that has issues with stairs. There is current construction next door. They do start working at 6:30 am. We weren’t able to sleep in because of all the noise and often our drive way was blocked with trucks. Overall the property is beautiful and we made lots of great memories at the Lazy Days.

Great for all ages

Thoroughly enjoyed this beach house! Plenty of space for party of six (including two small children). We ranged in age from 1.5yrs to 65 years and everyone loved it! Loved the amount of indoor and outdoor space and proximity to the beach. Was nervous about traveling during this time but everything was cleaned really well which was a relief. There were a few problems but the Benchmark staff dealt with them immediately. When we arrived the pool had lots of leaves (expected after all the storms that had been happening) and a dead frog (also not unexpected given location). The management immediately sent someone to clean the pool and our family was able to enjoy it for the rest of the trip. Second problem was we noticed some large ants (not sure what variety because they were huge but didn’t bite fortunately). Again Benchmark responded right away and offered to send someone to spray inside. I refused because I didn’t want anyone in the house while we were there due to Covid. In short: Great house, good management, would stay again for sure!

Wonderful Family Vacation at Lazy Days

We had an amazing experience spending our family vacation at Lazy Days. The house was very clean and kitchen was furnished with everything we needed and more. Pool was amazing and the beach was just a short walk away. The porches were so very nice to sit and relax on. Every bed in the house was comfortable. We will definitely be back in the future.

Beautiful and well layed out!

Loved the Lazy Days house! 4 bikes provided and backyard pool was amazing. Only thing missing was lounger's maybe by the pool. Firepit was there and it was alot of fun. Inside the bunk room was incredible. We had 6 kids and 2 showers sure came in handy. They loved it. Jack and jill bath between the downstairs bedrooms was great. We spent alot of time on the patio outside of the living room. Kitchen could have used some more essential dishes or appliances but we made due. Literally less than 5 minute walk to beach. Well worth it and we would go back. Situated between Rosemary and Seaside, lots to go do!!

Stayed at Lazy Days recently and it was the BEST GIRLS TRIP EVER! The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for up to 10 ladies on a couple of nights. The location is awesome. About a 3 minute walk to the beach. The pool was incredible. Larger that it appears in photo's. Very comfy beds and furniture- Everyone slept great. There was a bonus of a lovely neighbor with 2 giant poodle dogs who let us pet her dogs when we needed to get our dog fix. Will definitely go back! Thanks for making our trip so special.
