This was me and my husbands second trip here to Bikini Beach and we are always so happy with our room and our service here. The staff were so welcoming and friendly while we were here. We will for sure keep coming back!

What I can say it the staff is friendly and check-in was easy. The cleanliness wasn’t that great but it was decent, I brought my Clorox and Lysol wipes and did my own cleaning. But I love the fact it’s right off the beach and we were close to everything. The location was and is everything

First of all the view of the beach and water is beautiful. I kept this in my mind as I noticed the dirty carpet, outdated fixtures and white cabinets looking as if a dog chewed at the edges. The room was drab. Keep in mind I kept thinking of the beautiful view and easy access to the beach. On the downside there was a new Samsung TV, with an old remote and new remote. There were no instructions and I had to use the antenna to watch TV. I ask for assistance and received help only to find out that they did not know how to use the TV accessories either. NO cable NO internet to the TV. Whenever I ask for something the staff was snarky. I saw the manager several times and she was not friendly, she appeared to have an attitude that it was beneath her to speak to me. There were two refrigerators in the room without freezers, I put food in the refrigerator and the food froze, To my knowledge there was no way to adjust the temperature on either little fridge. I'm not sure if they were freezers or refridgerators. Keep in mine the Tiki bar bartenders were very friendly and the swings were relaxing. I choose this hotel because I wanted a surreal relaxing vacation. However I felt depressed in the dark gloomy room with old dirty curtains and a musty smell that only worsened as I laid in the bed to relax.

You get what you pay for!

It was horrible! The room we first got was so bad we had to get another room. The second room was almost just as bad . Room service was never offered and when I did ask for fresh towels the maid looked at me with disgust and handed me a trash bag to put my dirty towels in. Horrible experience!

I loved it was right on beach other than that room kinda stunk but wasn't like omg. Other than that the rooms need updated and shower water pressure was very nill. Beds where clean and thats always a plus.

This was a last minute booking for us. The reviews are not accurate. We had a room with two queen beds and it was very obvious that one of them had dirty sheets on it. It was after 9pm when we arrived so there was no one to change them. We saw multiple roaches. The elevator is questionable at best. We expected some aging from the salt but this place needs a total renovation. Will not be staying here again and multiple other guests had the same complaints.

The front desk was amazing, but the pictures on the site is nothing like what they pertain to be. Our room had roaches the doors were hard to close the rooms are not clean properly.

I did not like that the kitchen didn’t come with utensils or and any silverware to cook. There were only two pans and one pot that were not up to par. House keeping is only around for a few hours. Although staff were very friendly and accommodating, they were just not knowledgeable about the property and didn’t provide very much assistance. I do regret that I upgraded to a room with a kitchen and didn’t have the tools needed to utilize it but, I did make the best of my trip and the views were amazing.

The pool was closed half of our stay, the bar closed early every single day. Our door handle to our room broke off & it cut my hand. Couldnt walk outside for 2 seconds without smelling pot, i wouldnt bring my kids here ever. The manager was very polite but i dont think we will be returning, very limited parking.

The room was very small. The pool was closed the first day and half the second day. Had to request more towels and tissue for the bathroom. Not enough light in the room. And very minimal space to hang clothes in room. Had to pay for ice and also did not have daily house keeping.
