Room smelled like moldy air, dirty window sills, and walls, bed nice shower head nice, toilet seat fell off first time using toilet, ddint havs a crib for baby even though it said it did when booking, the pool was supposed to be open and clean and it wasnt, he said it hadnt been cleaned in months. And no breakfast. Had sign for only coffee which was not what was supposed, id like a refund

First, they put us in a room that had a strong urine smell; bedspread was badly stained. Air conditioner didn't work properly. Website states several amenities they no longer offer. Telephone in room didn't work. No one at desk for long periods of time. Back door propped open; was told it was broken, so they had to leave it open.
