The property was further away from Bryce Canyon than I anticipated. The name was Bryce Canyon Gateway but it was over 13 miles from the actual park. The cabin was clean but floor wasn’t level so the bathroom door was dragging and didn’t want to close.

Quiet, easy to get in and out. Unfortunately at check in the person had a cold or allergies, word his nose with his bare hand and then gave me the recycled key card envelope and then announced out loud what cabin I was in so everyone could hear.

Cabin life is cool. Lots of privacy. But, the cabin leaned left to right and front to back. And there was a critter. Not sure if it was under the cabin or on the outside but he was chewing on something all night

The hot water in the shower didn't come out well, and the cold and hot water control wasn't working well, and the faucet seemed to be defective.

Liked about property - Clean and well maintained rooms and bathrooms, cabin feel rooms, quick heating inside rooms, parking right in front of room. Did not like about property - multiple warnings inside properties seen to warn guests not steal their towels, bedding items. Warning on cooking not allowed inside rooms. It felt like all guests were doubted, it did not feel good to stay as carefree, as we constantly felt like been doubted as thieves. We understand the intend behind these warning, but the way it was informed was not very friendly enough. Attitude of the person at the lobby was very rude. It does not cause any harm in smiling or talking politely with strangers specially when they are in service industry. A good, clean, silent and well maintained place to stay near Bryce Canyon NP. But do not expect kind hospitality of owners.

This is an older cabin with uneven floors and a heating system that runs all night and is loud. Not very close the park entrance. Serviceable but don’t expect much.

Comfortable lodging close to Bryce Canyon

The cabins were exactly what we expected. Comfortable, wooden cabins with a big bed, shower & toilet, a microwave and a fridge. The cabin was clean and well maintained. The check-in was in the Inn next door.

Refrigerator was broken and all my food in it went bad. Mice got in and out from under the CLOSED door (I watched this happen). Hair on the "clean" towels. Sink taps were backwards. Nearly empty toilet paper roll. Bed was very uncomfortable. I talked to the staff in the office and they just said "ok" and they at least gave me clean towels. They also offered to get a working fridge but all my food had already gone bad at that point.

Great for a short stay near Bryce Canyon National Park! Shower a bit small, but hot water & comfortable bed at a great price! Not much around, but had coffee/breakfast and a gas station across street. Quick check-in at motel lobby next door.

when checking in had to sign saying that I wouldn't cook in room ($250 fine for cooking in room). Got into room and there is a sign saying no cooking in or around the room. This makes me a little confused. Because there is a microwave and coffee pot in the room. I'm I aloud to use them? Second problem with that is the description of the room on the internet says it has a BBQ grill. Guess they can advertise they have one. They didn't advertise I could use it. Another issue is the room only has a 20-gallon water heater. which is fine for 1 shower. So, one of us had to shower at night and the other in the morning.
