This is a good budget room. Nothing special or over the top but a good value. Staff was friendly. Clean rooms. Not much around the hotel.

The property is mediocre at best, but it's the best value close to Bryce Canyon Park and very quiet and has in room coffee.The nearest restaurant is 6 miles away, either at the next town or the Pines restaurant closer to the park.

There’s absolutely nothing to complain about. This was by far the best place we stayed out of the seven. It looked like the hotel had been recently renovated, and the cleanliness was exceptional.

Just a place to sleep. Very loud A/C (heat mode) and refrigerator. Refrigerator made clicking noise constantly. Heat went on for two minutes, off for 5, and repeated that all night. Numerous items powered by extension cords. Maid cleaned room, however never would make the bed. Works as a cheap room, however I would not pay too much to stay there. If the same price as something else in the area, stay there.
