This was a great place to stay! We loved the big kitchen, the pool, and that it had a lot of space for kids to spread out and play or just hang out. We also loved that there was a washer and dryer and that there were oranges on the property that we could make fresh orange juice every morning. It was farther from Paphos than we were expecting, but it was worth the drive!

The hosts were great and great communication. The villa was beautiful and set in a quiet location overlooking the hills. Everyday the farmer would move the sheep which was nice to watch. The villa had everything we needed. We requested the pool to be heated which it was for our arrival. This meant we were able to swim in there this time of year as without it we wouldn’t be able to get in the pool. If you do use the pool in the cooler months please cover it up when not in use as we didn’t and our bill was big. We have enjoyed our stay so much we booked again before we left. We are looking forward to our return

This Villa is so beautiful & kept very clean. You do very much need a car as approximately 40 minute drive to Paphos Harbour & 30 minute drive in the other direction to Polis! The scenery around the Villa is stunning & is also very peaceful apart from being there when the Hunting season started on Sunday 24/08/25! The pool is an amazing size & good depth only thing the family found was the slope in the pool from shallow to deep end was constantly very slippery and the Roman steps into the pool was also slippery & felt it would be a good idea to put a handrail there! The only other thing we found was the hanging space in the master bedroom wardrobe was not suitable it had hooks pushed into the above shelf jotted around & was very awkward to hang clothes also the downstairs bedroom had no hanging space in the wardrobe at all! Communication with Katrina & George was superb & replied back to you almost immediately! Our family from Plymouth and us from Luton met at Paphos airport & spent 2 weeks at the villa and must say we have made some fantastic memories and had quality family time together! George popped round at the end off our first week cleaned the pool & did a couple off jobs, he brought us a lovely cake (and believe me it was so tasty) and picked some peaches off the trees for us, well they were beautiful tasty & juicy (Thankyou George) Hecalso provided all clean towels, bedding etc x Will definitely be returning as absolutely stunning

Villa and pool lovely but bedroom storage In Master bedroom and downstairs bedroom disappointing . Welcome pack very helpful and the villas position in the midst of farmland was stunning . Having two big fridges and freezers was extremely helpful . The Venetian bridge was just yards from the villa and very interesting . The verandah was brilliant and with lovely furniture . With temperatures of 44c the pool was a fabulous bonus

Lovely venue

We throughly enjoyed our two week stay at Stefanies Villa. The three grandkids were throughly spoiled and had plenty of room to run around the big playing area. Pool was heated due to the time of our visit and it was just the ideal temperature for all to have have a regular dip in the pool.,Bedrooms are spacious and weekPositions for everyone to have a good night sleep and not on top of each other. A hire car is essential to get around and visit the lovely restaurants on offer around the area. We loved our stay and will book this place again for sure. Katerina and George are very friendly and respond to questions straight away.

Absolutely amazing

The whole time at Stephanie Cilla was wonderful. Everything was easy, the communication from Katerina were perfect and we had everything we needed. As we stayed in December it was colder than the summer but Katerina organised a delivery of wood (at our cost) for the log fire - which was a perfect amount for a blazing fire every night and just added to the holiday. The rooms were a wonderful size and had plenty of bedding, the bathrooms were clean and modern. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves and the location is nicely secluded. We will be returning

Lovely villa perfect for families

The villa was very clean. Check in was easy and I was informed about the process in advance. The villa had everything we needed, Our stay was in December, due to the colder weather the beds were adequately made with plenty of duvets and blankets. We asked the owner to order firewood for us which arrived promptly. Would definitely book again a super quiet relaxing place to stay.

Fantastic villa

Really great villa - absolutely huge, spotlessly clean and in beautiful surroundings. Swing and trampoline perfect for the kids. Host left breakfast stuff for us when we arrived and brought us a cake when they came to clean the pool, which was a lovely touch. There are limited amenities in Simou (the nearest village) so a car is essential. Well-stocked smaller shops in Giolou and good supermarkets in Polis / Paphos. Latchi and Akamas peninsular very close. Highly recommended!

It's a lovely place - the pool is fabulous, we spent a lot of time in it. Nice play area for the smaller ones. View out to the surrounding hills from pool & veranda was great. Make sure you get all the groceries you need on first visit to Paphos as we made too many trips. But we found some great restaurant's in the harbour - with a car park very close. Try the little restaurant on the right as you travel down the hill towards Paphos - it over looks the reservoir. Limited menu, lady is very friendly and great sunsets.

Villa is very spacious and so is garden and swimming pool. From day 1 communication with Katerina was absolutely perfect. Replied always straight away and answered to all my questions. She is brilliant host. We have arrived very late at night and Katerina left for us food and water. Life saver as we could not buy anything in the shop that day due to late flight arrival. We've had lovely time on our holiday. You can find everything you need in villa including lots of things for children. Definitely highly recommend this property and property manager.

Amazing villa

We arrived in the late evening and woke up to the most beautiful valley you could imagine. The farmers across the valley drove their sheep and goats to the lower pasture daily - never failed to entertain our kids! Plenty of space for the kids to play, and the serenity of the valley was just perfect. Beautiful trails nearby for hiking, and the communication with the hosts was always prompt, clear and easy going! Can’t recommend it enough.

Beautiful villa

We have recently returned home after a week stay at Stephanie Villa. The villa was absolutely stunning and equipped with everything, and more, that we could ever have needed for our family. Which, included 4 adults and 3 children age 1,3 and 9. The villa is set in the most beautiful grounds , with the nearest amenities a short drive away. The pool, and garden were perfect for the children to enjoy safely. The Villa itself was very clean , with more enough towels and linen provided for the whole family. The BBQ was great for enjoying a family lunch , whilst the villa provided many areas of shaded seating for the little ones to enjoy. With Paphos only a 40 min car journey away , we enjoy trips out , taking in the breath taking scenery on the way. Katerina was the perfect host with great communication. We arrived in the evening to a welcome hamper including everything we needed. This was a huge relief as it meant we didint have to rush to the shop to get essentials. Thank you Katerina, we will definitely be returning next year!

Outstanding villa, location and communication

We stayed for 2 weeks with 7 adults, and 1 child. The villa Itself was set in a beautiful location and had everything we needed and more, the pool Was just amazing with a shallow end for the children and was where we probably spent the most of our time with the temperature being so high. The communication with Caterina was brilliant, her husband was just as good and came out when needed, he even brought us cake and prepared us some fruit of the trees surrounding the villa! Couldn’t have asked for more! The villa was about 15-20 mins drive to the local shops, it took a few days to get used to driving through the mountains, but the views from the villa and the driving were amazing ! It’s a very peaceful location. Although the sat nav always seemed to take us down difficult roads to navigate! I would highly recommend this villa wether it be for a relaxing getaway or more of an adventurous holiday. We done a lot of Different activities whilst In Cyprus, everything was in maximum 40 minute drive, would recommend the quad safari with STS MOTOS in Latchi and the self drive boat hire with latchi water sports. It was actually Our best holiday so far, and we’ve stayed in Cyprus before. Thank you to Caterina and her husband for making our Holiday a memorable one!

The villa host could not have been more helpful and very easy to communicate with. Very good set up and layout with lots of indoor and outdoor space to relax and for the children to play. Its a little far out from anything you can pop to but if you dont mind a car ride out for dinners and day trips than it has everything else you need.

Wow could not fault the villa, the pool or Katerina. Nothing was too much trouble for this host . The villa was equipped with everything you could want on holiday. The children had a fantastic time on all the play equipment in the garden .
