The location was good, and there was a good restaurant nearby as well as a bakery. However, the rooms were too dark, small, and stuffy, and they felt moldy. The black-colored hallway walls and carpeted floors were not ideal for me.

The room was pretty modern, nicely setup with a good size. Overall everything was good except the towels. Some of them were torn a bit with stains and one of the towels smelled really bad!!

Yohann the receptionist, provided the worst experience ever. I talked to John and he asked me to leave a review which I did. A day later Catherine Mangiapanelli (front office manager) email me and she was even worse! I read of trying to say something to fix the issue she made a lot worse.

Property was a great location-close to transit and dining options. Rooms were very small (we just came off a cruise and I believe my standard cruise room was bigger) and the shower doors leaked water so our floor was always wet after shower. The staff was mainly ok except the last front person we dealt with who was short with us. Not friendly at all.

Was great for us

We had a family room, which it turned out we didn't need as some guests had cancelled, but we were glad for the extra space. It was on the top floor and had a loft area with a skylight, which was cool. We didn't try the breakfasts so can't speak to that. The customer service was great. Downside was that the lift didn't actually go all the way to the top floor (not a big deal, but you should be aware), one of the beds (that we didn't use) seemed a little jenky, and parts of the carpet looked like they'd had some staining/spillage in the past that I chose to overlook. Location was in a quieter part of Paris, but still enough going on and close enough to get where you want to go.
