The room was spacious and fine. The staff on the other hand were not very friendly. We got in late (after 8 pm) and were very tired. I woke up in the early morning and noticed something on the toilet seat, it was poop. I told them about it when we checked out at 8:30 am and I got a very unapologetic "So sorry" from the staff as they walked away.

Vastly understaffed. Barely enough staff to check guests in. Long lines. No service for guests in hotel. Refused to answer phones. Towels not provided to one of two rooms and took nearly two hours to get towels. Fraudulently claimed we ate restaurant meals and billed us for it though we ate absolutely nothing.
