This hotel is greatly located in Pigalle 5mins walk from metro 2 and 12 which will get you to key tourist attractions for single trip of 2.50 euros and unlike London the public transport there do not accept debit card on or before your journey so buy the tickets available at the machines in the stations or from newsagents. The Sacre Coure is actually behind the hotel with many side roads (be careful the cobble roads are not for people with walking problems or pushchairs tbh)
The staff were friendly however I booked two single beds only to be assigned the most smallest and dirtiest double bed/room. It was very outdated and in urgent need of repair the bed was broken and the shower door faulty. The property owner really needs to improve on the interior as it’s a matter of safety for paying guests. I’m not sure if this would pass in the UK but for a budget trip it was just passable as I travelled around main Paris tourist sites so it was ok. Gare du Nord a 20 min or less walk away. Location is good more suited to backpackers and budget trippers. Breakfast was minimal and basic. I would recommend but you get what you pay for especially as it’s Paris and you are a 5mins from a major tourist attraction.
