.The hotel staff was excellent. I was helpful and friendly. We were surprised that there were no washcloths, only one robe, and poor lighting in the room. The shower was difficult to maneuver with someone with disabilities.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay at Novotel Paris Les Halles I had a wonderful experience at Novotel Paris Les Halles. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well-maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable and safe. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Paris with easy walking access to major attractions, shopping, and plenty of great restaurants. The area felt lively but secure, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines convenience, comfort, and safety in the center of Paris, I highly recommend Novotel Paris Les Halles.

Don’t believe the pictures and rating. Horrible!

I checked in after a long flight from Canada around 10:30pm. I was given a filthy room overlooking a dumpster. I wouldn’t have paid $420 for it had I seen the real condition of the hotel and room. This was false advertising.
