We booked this stay specifically for the brand new pools for my daughter’s 13th birthday. We checked in and instead of informing us at the time that the heater was down, we were informed as we went to the pools an hour later. This was the only reason we chose to stay here. We should have been made aware upon check in and given the option to reschedule.

We had a wonderful stay at The Homestead. Our room was spotless, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the food was enjoyable. The entire property had a peaceful, relaxing vibe. The property was beautiful and the pools were amazing. The bunk beds in the room made it perfect for our little family. The has fire pits were so fun on snowy mornings after walking to the coffee shop.

Staff (FRONT DESK) was very rude, SLOW and the parking (No possible way to pull up to lobby or park by your room… asked multiple people on a golf cart to assist us and they said they were busy) was a joke. Room was great, bedding nice and the rooms look to have been updated since I was there last.

Couples retreat

We had a great evening. The hot tubs in the snow were amazing. The pool was heated as well. The room was comfortable and we loved the warmth from the fireplace. It was an enjoyable evening and a relaxing evening.
