Bad management, poor service

The room smelled bad, there where roaches in the bathroom, the shower curtain was falling, the towels were small and hard. When I spoke to the front desk about it, they sent someone to try and fix the curtain but didn't have the right tools or parts to fix properly. He also sprayed roach killer, and the smell lingered for hours. The following day, there were even more roaches. They placed me in another room which was slightly better but still had roaches. I had to buy more spray for the roaches and roach traps as well. I had an issue with the remote, but they didn't change it, they just said that sometimes you need to go to the tv and use the buttons to volume up or down and to turn it off.

Disappointed

Rented a specific room when I got there paid the day next early so I can get in early. The next day went into the room huge ceiling leak leaking all over the floor went down to service desk. They gave me another room another suite, but the one I originally picked was with the kitchen. This one had a Jacuzzi. I would’ve been all good with the Jacuzzi suite, but The Jacuzzi didn’t work so we couldn’t even use it so I paid for things I didn’t get very disappointed.

Have never stayed anywhere more disgusting. Floor sticky in entire room. Shower and bathroom disgusting. Toilet seat broken. Dark dark dark. Hallways smell of marijuana and mildewy. Truly disgusting facility.

Staff was wonderful. Room was clean and smelled clean. Some updates have been made so it looks like there will be more. Breakfast selection was underwhelming.

Our stay was horrible from start to finish. Hotel was filthy and run down. Staff was not very helpful. Didn’t have any fitted sheets for pull out bed or extra blankets or pillows for pullout bed. Room was filthy bathroom had mold in shower. My son ended up with strange bite looking marks all over.
