Run down hotel

The room was in bad bad shape. Hopefully there is a place to attach pictures on this survey. The hotel smelled horrible like the stagnant water sitting in the non functioning water feature in atrium. You had to have a pool reservation to use the pool. Something I’ve never heard of, and should have been told of before booking since I was bringing 4 kids. The pool needs to be added on to. The pool was out of control the man watching the door was clearly not enforcing any rules. The evening reception was out of beer and would not let you just get a bottle. Had to pay for parking in a giant lot something that should have been told before hand. Overall I will not be staying here next month or maybe not an embassy suit from here on out.

Had to pay 15.00 parking..although had to make reservation for pool it had 30 people in pool extremely crowded considering size of pool. Breakfast was Fantastic. Room size was Great however could use updating. Overall had great time

We had booked through Expedia with a confirmation the same day. When we got there they claimed Expedia cancelled our stay and we had to get another room. Expedia never sent me any cancellation only confirmations even asking about our stay after we left. The one young lady with blonde hair was younger than the others. She was well very rude and acted as if she didn’t want to deal with us. I think she gave our room away which was unprofessional because no one called us to let us know anything. No email or any calls. Nothing. Just an Expedia confirmation of our booking. After we finally got our room they also denied us our tickets to enjoy the bar which came with the room. Me and my husband and child stayed only for one night to celebrate his birthday and it was a very unpleasant experience. It could’ve been better if the customer service wasn’t handle in that way. She didn’t try to resolve anything me and my husband had to ask for another room and other questions so she can finally give us a solution. Horrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend to any one.
