Overall stay was pretty good. Outstanding breakfast and rooms were spacious. Loved the super soft towels but the bathroom was really outdated. Get rid of the tubs and upgrade the overall bathroom. Everything was rusted. Not sure why they make people pay extra for parking since there’s nothing else around.

I wish I could post pictures. This property is in desperate need of a brand inspection and improvement plan. Forcing guests to pay for parking at a suburban location is not the way to build rapport or pay for it. I am Hilton Honors member and they didn't offer any support. Digital key didn't work, so 1st room was not available. 2nd room was not in great shape, but was tired from a long drive and 10pm arrival only to be awaken by excessive courtyard activity and noise from the room above. I gave up after the 3rd room because I had prepaid my stay. And as expected, no chance of getting a refund. I want to be clear that some of the staff tried to empathetic. But clearly, this owner needs to spend the money or lose the brand. Sorry Hilton. You failed with this one.

It was unique with the indoor jungle vibe, but the room felt a little bit dated. Still, an overall quality experience I would do again. Breakfast was good, lots of selections on a weekend and weekday.

Like at every other hotel, The smell of marijuana was everywhere. It's annoying. My bathtub was not very clean. Also, Being my first time ever booking at this place, I was in utter shock of a $15 fee just to park in their lot. That's outrageous.

The hotel is very unique once inside the greenery inside the hotel is beautiful and the paths you can walk around inside the hotel. The rooms need updating to say the least. Other than that the experience was pleasant I would come back with my kids.

The hotel was old and poorly maintained. Upon arrival, I had to request a room change because my original room was extremely outdated, with rust in the bathtub and toilet. The hotel charges extra fees for everything, and the cleanliness is severely lacking. When I requested housekeeping, the staff did not make the bed or tidy up the room. The room was dusty, making it difficult to breathe, and the air quality was terrible, likely due to uncleaned filters and air ducts. I was warned that the hotel is old and nothing has been updated, so guests should be cautious—if something falls apart, they will charge you for it despite the poor maintenance. The worst part of my stay was waking up at 5 AM to strange noises in the bathroom. When I called the front desk, the receptionist confirmed she could hear the noise, and upon checking, I found the sink had overflowed, flooding the entire bathroom and soaking into the bedroom carpet. I couldn’t go back to sleep, and the staff informed me that no one was available to assist me at that time. I was especially worried about my 8-year-old slipping and getting hurt. When help finally arrived at 9 AM, I was told the porter wasn’t in yet, but they could see that dirty water had backed up through the sink drain, causing the flood. I have never experienced anything like it—filthy water overflowing an entire bathroom and hallway carpet. It was absolutely disgusting.

Cool layout and friendly staff. Breakfast and managers reception were not great. Lots of canned and frozen food, limited choices. Also, the property has a huge parking lot but for some reason charges for parking. This is not a city--why charge?!?! The worst was that the next room decided to have a party with young kids well after midnight. Front desk sent security to ask them to quiet down (several times), but it was little help.
