While, we had reserved two rooms, the rooms did not have sufficient beddings or blankets and when we asked for extras, they only were able to allocate one blanket and two bedsheets. The bathroom had only one towel. The swimming pool opens at 10 am till later evening however the water did not feel very clean for my kids to go for a swim. The breakfast had many options which was okay, however I am lactose intolerant and many options did not suit me and contain dairy products. It is not the greatest hotel as it is outdated. The stuff was helpful and tried their best to accommodate us however the hotel itself was not a great experience.

Stayed for 3 nights. Don’t go by the pictures, they are misleading. The property is kept really dirty and you see garbage in almost every corner in the lobby. No breakfast was available- breakfast according to them is just bread and fruits, no coffee. There was a rat in our room which left on day 3 after multiple attempts to chase it out. Overall a very shady motel. Would never recommend this to families.

Unfortunately, this place has been neglected. The halls are not vaccumed. There is food on the carpet. Garbage is left in the halls for pick up. The sheets were stained. The towels were musty. Very poor conditions.

One of the worst hotel I've spent my time in

My recent stay at [Ramada Wyndham] in New Jersey was deeply disappointing. The hallways were visibly dirty and neglected, creating an unpleasant first impression. Despite a note from management promising daily room and bathroom cleaning, our room was not serviced once during our 2-night, 3-day stay. Breakfast was another letdown. The selection was limited to bread only—no coffee, eggs, or other staples, making it an inadequate start to the day. When we requested extra soap bars for our bathroom (which only had one), the front desk staff was unresponsive. We had to ask 4-5 times before receiving them, and their attitude showed a clear lack of care. Overall, the poor cleanliness, unfulfilled promises, and indifferent staff made this a terrible experience. If I could, I’d give this hotel negative stars. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

When i arrived at this property (3pm) We went to our room and there was noise all around in just about every room. Also upon checking in there was a bit of a storm and it blew the power out of the entire hotel. They had the hotel running on a tiny generator and gave no ETA whatsoever on when power would be back on. This place was a complete mess and do not make your decision off of the pictures it looks nothing like the real thing. Also be ready to walk up some stairs because the elevator doesnt work!
