The girl who’s there almost daily treats it like her personal hang out..if you have a corporate team, id be embarrassed this represents the hotel. And rude as hell goes without saying cause it’s the norm there

The rooms are acceptable, but the corridors, carpets, walls, and doors give the impression of a C-grade hotel in a third-world country. Guests smoke inside their rooms, and the central air conditioning circulates the smell throughout the building, making the environment extremely unpleasant. The water heater does not work properly, adding further discomfort to the stay. The dining area feels dark and unhygienic, resembling an unclean, neglected house rather than a hotel facility. This is absolutely not what one expects from a Ramada by Wyndham property.

My initial booking for this place is for 10 days and as soon as I got there I felt uneasy, not safe and to top of it hot water wasn’t working!!! I had to run the shower for 30 mins to be able to shower, that too is in cold water in the middle of December. So I checked out that same day, within hours of checking in. And when asked for my refund they said they will gladly do it and just charge for one night although I didn’t spend a night there, I was ok with it. It’s now almost a month and they keep making excuses as well as not picking up their phone. Finally they said they return the money to Hotels.com and I have to get my refund from them. Hotels.com is saying they don’t have a refund nor is the hotel picking up their phone so I lost $900 bucks!!

Where do I start. The room was supposed to have been a two room king bed suite. That is what was pictured. When I enquired I was told they only had one suite. I am not even sure what they considered a suite. The pool they show online when you book has been closed by the Fairfield Health Dept because it is unfit for swimming. The rooms were not clean. There was hair all over. There was NO hot water. It was barely Luke warm. Oh and there refrigerator had barely any food. They have Roku TV you get no local channels. I went to the front desk and asked where the regular channels were, I was told if I was a member of any of the streaming apps I could sign on. I was not about to put my info in their system. I was extremely dissatisfied with this place that we left two days early.

This was the grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I will never stay here again. The carpets were all ripped, filthy elevator and the hallways stunk lile smoke.
