All in all it was pretty good. Only a couple small complaints. Light was burnt out inside the room door. Weekend breakfast only last 2 hrs, was crowded.

The property was conveniently located right off the highway. The staff was very nice. Our room was great, with the exception of a few things; a missing lamp shade, sink bowl had a bad caulking job. Bathroom floor needed to be cleaned around the edges. Overall, beds were comfy, breakfast was good, and the room was clean other than the bathroom floor..

Breakfast was put away early in the morning despite asking the front desk lady twice what time it was over because we had a very late check in and wanted to sleep in a bit the next morning. Other than that the place was perfect for the night.

Terrible customer service

I would give zero stars if I could. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room above us was incredibly noisy all night—constant stomping, banging, and pacing for hours. It sounded like a herd of elephants, and we got little to no sleep. We reported the issue multiple times to the front desk, but the staff did absolutely nothing to resolve it. No follow-up, no room change, no apology or ear plugs—just a dismissive attitude and poor customer service. It felt like they couldn’t care less about guest comfort or basic hospitality.

Very disappointing.

Both myself and my client experienced bizarre credit card charges far exceeding what we paid through Hotels.com. Weeks later it still is not resolved which leads me to believe it's part of their business practice to overcharge corporate or business clients in the hopes they will not review their costs. The staff that works the front desk was sometimes great and helpful. This was not consistent, as other staff was seemingly very inexperienced and emotionally volatile. From arguing with and shouting at my client to our team waiting for service while overhearing a young woman complaining loudly about her boyfriend and relationship on a personal call in the lobby.
