The t.v. remote doesn’t work. Was advised to reset the t.v. by unplugging and then plugging back in. Because that is what he did yesterday in the same room. I asked for new batteries, but he gave me a different remote b/c he doesn’t have a screwdriver small enough to open the battery cover. He asked if I wanted him to have maintenance come tomorrow. I told him we were checking out but that the next person might want a working t.v. The replacement remote worked for about 30 minutes and now won’t. What kind of Mickey Mouse operation is this? I don’t recommend.

I had an amazing time at Holiday Inn Express and Suites Pembroke Pines! Everything and everywhere was extremely clean and everyone was so Polite. Breakfast was very delicious. I will defintely be back again and again and again!!!

The sheets were dirty, and I had to go to reception to get new ones because they had hair on them, meaning the rooms weren't cleaned properly. The pillows and sheets had hair on them, and I expect a room to be completely clean when I'm paying for it. On top of that, they just gave me the sheets and I had to put them on myself; I had to make the bed, even though I'm paying for a clean place to sleep.

Everything was nice. Breakfast was good, but there was no gluten-free options like a muffin or bread. It was very limited for a person with dietary restrictions. but otherwise the room was nice. It was comfortable. Shower was nice room was roomy. No other complaints. Definitely would stay again.
