The front desk staffer couldn’t have been more friendly or welcoming. When I came back out into the lobby for help with something in our room, another employee was quick to walk up to me and ask how he could help. I also had to change the room at the last minute to a handicap accessible room, and it was ready for us when we arrived. The bed is probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, and I intend to contact the hotel and find out where they purchase their mattresses!

Check in horrible Female at check in was horrible and showed poor customer service Bed linen was dirty, female at front desk clicked her mouth and rolled her eyes when I asked for clean linen.
