Happy Customers

We have stayed twice now and were happy each time with the cleanliness and amenities. The manager is very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. It's a good value for the price. Will definitely stay again.

All staff was very pleasant. Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was nice with the grip bars. The breakfast was great, boyfriend was very happy that you had hard boiled eggs! And the staff was very accommodating when I had to stay another night. Plan on staying again when I'm in Pendleton.

Always my go to in Pendleton

The family that runs this spot is always nice and welcoming. Rooms are always clean! I’ve stayed here at least 3/4 times now. Only suggestion would be to beef up the breakfast a little. This past time it was just muffins and cereal.

The room was in the lower level, very small and rather plain. The provided continental breakfast was very simple but adequate. I think we were given this room because we booked with Expedia instead of directly with the property.

The staff were all very nice! The room and areas throughout the property were very clean. They are pet friendly! The free breakfast could use a little more variety, but it was fine.

The owner was very accomodating and kind. The room was clean, but the heater was a little wonky. Extra blankets took care of that. Great for the price!

I couldn’t get the TV to work in my room, and the breakfast offered was minimal and all cold (except the coffee). But the room was clean and the mattress very comfortable. And the host was very friendly. The place was very quaint.

The Rugged Country Lodge was so cute! It was nice to stay in a place that had character instead of a boring hotel. (It's an older building, but the rooms are well taken care of and decorated nicely.) I felt a little like I was transported back in time. :)
