Tämä yksikkö on 2 kerroksinen 2 sänky 2. 5 kylpy ja se nukkuu 9. Mestarilla on king-size-vuode ja futon. Yksikkö sisältää pesukoneen ja kuivaajan. Siinä on kattorakenteessa näkyvä torni, joka on täydellinen sinisen kulmanäytölle tai ilotulitusnäytölle. Se sisältää myös veneen liukumisen yksityisellä laiturillamme. Meillä on foosball-pöytä ja paljon lautapelejä perheillan hauskaa varten. Saari tarjoaa ilmaisen kuljetuspalvelun 7 päivää viikossa. Vastaanottosali käytettävissä noin 30 henkilölle. Erinomainen harjoitusillallisille tai pienille juhliin. Täysi catering-palvelu saatavilla. Lisämaksuja veloitetaan.

This house was perfect for us. My son lives in Pensacola, and my daughter, granddaughter, and I came to spend Thanksgiving with him. He was able to come stay with us, and it was still convenient for him to travel back across the bay to work. Location was ideal! Super easy access to the beach! Only concern I have is the master bedroom would be really hot during the summer, but our weather was cool enough that it wasn’t unbearable. Freddie was very responsive! Highly recommend his home.

Perfect location and size

We will seek this place out again for future stays! Next door to peg leg Pete’s and directly across the street from beach access. We walked everywhere. The rooms were large and we fit my 2 grown sons and 13 year old daughter very comfortably. My daughter LOVED the third floor lookout with hammock. We didn’t have some necessities like extra toilet paper and such so had to make a grocery run, but it was simple. The two balconies were perfect and the pool table was probably the best part. Many late night gaming memories were made!

Perfect for our gathering

We keep our boat docked at Lafitte Marina and was celebrating our daughter’s bachelorette weekend. House was perfect!! So spacious and comfortable. The game room with pool table was so fun. We love the ice machine and the garage. Beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings. Thanks so much!! We will definitely stay again.

Beach getaway

The property was awesome! The beach is right across the street, the house has everything you would need and more. We played more pool and foosball than we thought we were going to. And having multiple patios was a plus if you needed to get out of the sun but wanted to be outside. Freddie was a great host checking in on us. Cant wait to book again next year.

Location Paradise

My family and I traveled to Pensacola for the first time not knowing the area and we selected this location being it has beach access across the street. We are so happy with how everything turned out. The home is laid out great for our needs with the main living space being on the first floor, bedrooms second floor and then the bonus level with the hammock that we hung out in as the sunset. We highly recommend and Freddie was extremely responsive. Thank you for making core memories for our little family.

Excellent location, Excellent Home, and Excellent Host!

We booked this condo because we stayed at Freddie’s other location, on top of Peg Leg Pete’s Restaurant, and that was a wonderful experience. This location did not disappoint either.The location is right across the street from one of the sand path entrances to the beach, and just a few houses down is an entrance with a boardwalk. Also, right next door is one of the best restaurants in Pensacola, Peg Leg Pete’s, and a Tom Thumb convenience store.The home was beautiful with ample room to spread out, and it had everything you needed. As others have said, the pictures did not do the home justice, but I think my favorite part is that there are 3 balconies for relaxation. There are even bikes in the garage and extra beach equipment in the pool table room if you need them.Finally, Freddie was an excellent host, quick to respond, and was available for any questions that we had.Overall, it was a great experience, and we will return again.

Fantastic!!

This place was awesome for 4 adults! Freddie was a great host and always made sure everything was good to go for us. Quiet area right next door to Peg Leg Pete’s and right across the road from the beach. Plenty of space to move around the commercial size ice makers was a deal breaker! So awesome we didn’t have to keep buying ice. Pool table and grill area was a hit! Very clean place. I will definitely stay here again if I’m staying in Pensacola Beach!

Fantastic Location and Spacious

We had a wonderful stay, the home is spacious and has everything you would need for a beach get away. It's right next door to Peg Leg Pete's, which is right next door to a convenience store. The beach is right across the street and if you need a respite from all that sun there's so much space for your family to spread out and relax. Communication with Freddie was excellent.

Summer Vacation

The property was great for our group. We had 4 adults and 3 kids between the ages of 6 and 10. The property accommodated both families perfectly. The location was right next to Peg Leg Pete’s Restaurant and across the street from the beach. We were able to easily get to the beach everyday. The property is a short drive to the pier and other Pensacola restaurants. Overall it was a great trip and the property fit our needs perfectly.

Perfect spot! Awesome having foosball and billiards in the unit for non-tech fun and bonding with the older kids! Three doors down from our favorite restaurant…Peg Legs. Fourth floor lookout with hammock was a perfect getaway for our teenage daughter!!
