From all the Marriott hotels, this one wasn't in standards to what Marriott is all about. Was disappointed with the experience maybe its this property location or maybe the renovations, or maybe the service from guest services! paid top dollar for the location & never got the quality out of it! overall Marriott stays true to their quality & service which i never got here. I hope next Courtyard experience isn't this way!

Great choice

Very friendly staff and clean and comfortable rooms. A bit noisy due to proximity to the the main road to the beaches but great location and access to downtown Pensacola and beaches.

Property is under construction, had some issues with the TV kept going out. The first time it went out, maintenance came and reset the TV. The second time the lady at the front desk said it was due to a storm. Other than that, the property was very clean.

Good hotel that’s right across the street from McGuire’s. Staff is very friendly. Only issue is that you can hear people in the hall very easily through the door. But I’d stay here again.

Liked location, it was convenient to downtown and to the bridge to the beaches. Like that several good restaurants and bars were within walking distance. Like convenient free parking. Didn’t like the fact the hotel is undergoing renovations. There was no notice on website about the inconvenience of the renovations. Didn’t like the traffic noise. The hotel is located between major highways going and coming from the beach bridge. Didn’t like that the hot tub was dirty and not working. Didn’t like that two of the four cardio machines didn’t work. Didn’t like the fact that breakfast was not included with the hotel room cost. Didn’t like that the toilet flushed completely once out of appropriately every 6 flushes.

Remodeling and still charging full price.

Construction going on and place is in terrible shape. Construction starts at 7 am. Loud and messy at the moment. Phone didn’t work at the front desk or in my room. Should be giving a deep discount to be staying at the moment and let guest know it’s under construction
