Nice hotel on the beach

Fun hotel. Two great pools with a slide for the kids and a hot tub for the adults. There's an arcade with Skeeball and cornhole outside by the pool. The room we had was fine and comfy...a little outdated. Manatee's Bar by the pool has pretty good drinks. The bartender is really nice. We'd definitely stay here again.

Nightmare!!

Found roaches room, Advise to change rooms didn’t happened till next day, had to leave my luggage in my vehicle because I didn’t want their roaches in my luggage. Next day got another room waited till 2pm wasted day and time. Found more roaches in room, cracked mirror and broken latch with loose screws. This place is a nightmare! Management never onsite , was their excuse, rude behavior. We will never return back to any of Wyndham properties! Waste of money and waste of my precious time!

Roach Hotel

Room had roaches. The funiture was very uncomfortable. The front desk area smelled like bug poison. You could see threw the balcony curtains with lights on.

Everyone was very polite and efficient. Was kind of surprised about the extra charges for parking and chairs on the beach. Our room had a leaky tub faucet that ran all the time and the bathroom stool was very loose. But we really enjoyed the hotel otherwise. And would stay there again.

The pool area was nice. The room was a great access to the ice machine and elevator. The view was gorgeous. I did not like the lack of communication when checking in. Was not told about a deposit on the room and was not told about being charged parking fees of $10 a day. Did not like that there was limited dining and no shopping area in the area of walking distance. We had to go to Ft. Walton Beach to shop and eat.
