Would avoid in future.

Currently undergoing refurb very noisy, asked to change rooms and was told there wasn’t any even though there was lots still advertised online. Was charged wrong amount at check in, a little less that rate I booked and instead of writing off this small amount for the trouble I was told I couldn’t check out until this was paid. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel and definitely won’t be back.

Renovation meant using rear entrance. Difficult to find reception. Some system issues meant double charging for breakfast. Had to call hotel after leaving to resolve this.

I really don't think this property should be open. From the construction to the really dated and tired looking rooms - it falls far below what a hotel stay should be. Good location and that is about it.

The hotel is under renovation. Was told our room has been renovated but it still looks dated and wardrobe sliding doors are difficult to open. Housekeeping could not be reached by phone at the number provided. Have always to contact reception if we need anything from housekeeping. The escalator down to the esplanade was always out of order during our five days stay. Water was dripping from the roof at the restaurant when it rained. In all the hotels I stayed in Australia this hotel is the only one that could not loan us an electrical adapter for our European electrical plugs. All in all I would not recommend this hotel.
