Only 1 person working trying to accommodate a bunch of checkins, we couldn’t get keys to our rooms bc machine was broke. Beds were not queens as advertised they were full. Shower was dirty. No pool but advertised there was. Always issues with this hotel, every year. Staff tries but are stressed.

The experience was bad! Just because I lived within 50 miles of the property my reservation was never honored. The front desk person advised that there was signage explaining it, but none of that is mentioned on the site when the reservation was made. And even if I could check there was system issues that wouldn’t allow keys to access rooms

It’s the little things

It’s the little things. I paid extra because the review said “excellent”. It was not. The deadbolt to the door wouldn’t lock. The bath door wouldn’t latch the bath sink tap us loose. The tv just pixeled out. All in BBC all wish I went some where else

I came in contact with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My room was very clean and fresh. The carpet in the room and the hallway was also clean. There was a lot of parking available and the convenience of a few restaurants makes it an ideal location. I gave property condition a 4 star ONLY because the pool was not operational. Outside of that, it was good value for money.
