Tämä kauniisti remontoitu ja ylläpidetään 1890 Victorian kotiin istuu aivan historiallisen Mitchell Street asuinalueella, vain ylös mäkeä Petoskey keskustan Gaslight District. Nauti kesäiltoina esiportaan siemaillen lasi viiniä, tai kävellä vain muutaman korttelin nauttia keskustan ravintolat ja viihdettä. Tämä koti on neljä makuuhuonetta ja 3. 5 kylpyjä, kaikki täysin kunnostettu sen lumoava alkuperäisen viehätyksensä mielessä. Annual sister/cousin weekend

A simply lovely home. There was plenty of room for 6 of us to all have our own beds. Plenty of bathrooms, two comfy living rooms, a well stocked kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property if you have a larger group.

Excellent vacation paradise

I cannot say enough about this 5 star property. Everything you could possibly need-it has! Excellent location to downtown Petoskey-easy walk. Every room was fully stocked and we needed nothing. Although Victorian in house architecture, each room has been remodeled with modern features and updated decor. I can’t think of a single thing negative. We went during Petoskey Christmas Open House, Dec 5-7, 2024 and everything was snow covered. It was beautiful

Lovely Home in Petosky!

The house was a perfect home to visit northern Michigan! Super clean and great location. My only complaint is - only one box of Kleenex in the whole house. Also hand bars in the shower would be great for older travelers, so they feel safe. But really a lovely home and decorated so well.

Girls' Getaway

We are a group of 4 long time female friends who travel somewhere each year. We've had multiple trips to Sonoma and also traveled to Charleston and Santa Barbara. We absolutely loved Petoskey. And the house was perfect for us. The kitchen was very well equipped - much more than we needed. We enjoyed the living space for evening wine and the dining room for breakfasts. The bedrooms were perfect - fresh and each different from the others. The house was easily walkable to excellent restaurants and shopping.

Perfect location for a group

The house was perfect - very clean, comfortable, and group friendly. We loved having coffee on the porch in the morning and a glass of wine on the back patio in the evening. We were a group of 7 in town for a wedding and the house was in a convenient location that was an easy walk to all of the great restaurants and shops downtown. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Perfect location/beautiful house!

This property was really beautiful. You definitely had that vacation feel when you walked in with the selection of materials used to decorate/renovate the house. We spent a lot of time on the wraparound porch in the morning and evening; you can see the sunset over the trees in the evening. The bedrooms were really nicely laid out. The master bedroom in the back of the house is particularly nice with a french door leading to a small balcony. We kept the windows open the entire stay and had a great breeze coming through. It is important to note that this house does not have central air. We didn't have any issues with our stay but can imagine that if we had hit a hot and humid patch of weather, it could have been a bit tougher. Communication with the rental company was really good. They were very responsive to any of our questions and were quick to respond on any issues we had. Location is fantastic with a quick walk to downtown for shopping, restaurants, or a stroll down to the city waterfront park. Would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Petoskey area!

Quick Weekend Stay - Perfect Location!

We stayed here for a long weekend with three other couples for a wedding in town. The location was absolutely PERFECT! Downtown Petoskey was just steps out the front door. Quiet neighborhood with the cutest, most charming homes. As a vacation rental owner myself, I'm very picky about where I stay and notice everything! The home was clean and charming with a stocked kitchen. Lots of bedrooms and LOTS of bathrooms! The perfect size and layout for a group of 6-8.

Beautiful home and a great location. An easy walk to shopping, dinner, and the lake. There were 5 in our party. There was plenty of room indoors and outside. We had a couple of 'work from home' days and had no issues with the internet service. Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in the area.

Fall Wine Tour Stay

All in all we had a great stay. The property and its location to downtown was perfect. The one thing this place is missing besides AIr Conditioning are ceiling fans in the bedrooms. It got really hot at night even with the windows open.
