Room is spacious king size bed but two single beds together. Breakfast is very good, internet not so good, had to go out of the room to connect. Good restaurant with good dining options, outside area of the hotel is nice

O Hotel é ótimo! Os quartos são excelentes. A alimentação deixa a desejar um pouco, o cardápio possui pouca variedade para todos os momentos do dia. A área da piscina está necessitando de reformas. No geral o hotel é muito bom e com certeza voltarei mais vezes. Porém, não indico de jeito nenhum a ceia de Natal! É PÉSSIMA em todos os sentidos! A ceia é fraca, com pouca variedade e comida pouco saborosa. Além disso, começaram a servir a ceia às 20:00 e as 22:00 já estavam retirando tudo para já deixar as mesas prontas para o café da manhã no dia seguinte. A música foi até às 22:00 tb. Ou seja, 0:00 da noite de Natal já não existia mais nada, hotel a meia luz, mesa do café da manhã para o dia seguinte já "preparada" e nada mais... foi muito frustrante! Minha filha ficou arrasada! Estávamos pensando em passar o Réveillon no hotel, mas desistimos totalmente após o desastre que foi o NATAL. Para passar um final de semana eu SUPER INDICO o hotel, para qualquer festividade eu não indico de jeito NENHUM!

Excelente opção na serra

Check in rápido e facil, quarto grande e camas confortáveis. Cobertores e travesseiros extras, já disponíveis no quarto A única observação, foi a mudança no restaurante, pois em estadia anterior ainda contava com serviço a la carte. O serviço de buffet livre, deveria ser uma opção e nao a unica.
