My room was cozy with a lovely sit-in bay window and a great view of the street. My stay included breakfast and wine at the end of the day which was a lovely touch! The hotel is so close to everything I wanted to do. I will definitely be staying there again!

Room was hot and no way to control heat. Front desk says only way to cool it down is to open the windows. Sucky tv. Not a smart TV and no guide. Just a few channels to choose from. In my opinion bed was too hard; not very comfy. Breakfast was mediocre and they kept running out of coffee. Random dude roaming the halls stealing paintings off the hallway walls (no joke) then caused a ruckus as he kicked the doors on the way out. I'm a Philly native so I'm used to seeing crazy crap like that, but not something you want to see in the hotel you're staying at. Good location but I don't think I'd stay here for more than a night.

Went to a 70 76ers game felt very comfortable walking in the neighborhood from the subway great place to stay. Walk to Rittenhouse Square had dinner love this place.

While the room was clean and the bed comfortable, the overall experience was disappointing. Evening snacks and wine included rotten fruit, warm wine, and cheap cheese. Breakfast was also poor: no fruit, no cheese, only boiled eggs and low-quality pastries. We waited more than 20 minutes for coffee and had to ask for everything, from utensils to cream cheese. The hotel clearly needs more staff at breakfast.

The rooms are badly in need of renovation. The doors were banged up and the wood on them was rotting a bit. The paint on the baseboards and in the bathroom was peeling pretty badly.
