Valet parking was a little over priced, got charged for 2 days even though my car was only valet parked for 16 hours. But other than that a great stay. Hotel staff was great, especially front desk, and the staff in the lobby restaurant.

We had a great stay! The hotel is very cute and has a great boutique decor throughout. The staff was consistently polite, professional, and friendly. We easily walked to breakfast, dinner, and shopping areas. The restaurant on site should be skipped considering the significantly better options within a few blocks. The menu looks great, but the execution misses over and over. I would definitely stay here the next time we're in town.

A good nights stay

It was good a stay there. My friend and I only stayed for one night. That night was good. There was an issue with there being no hot water. However, after calling the front desk it was resolved very quickly. The complementary breakfast was good as well. I wish i could've tried the waffles. The eggs and sausage was pretty good though. As well as the oatmeal. I world definitely consider staying again for a longer vacation.

The hotel is conveniently located to many sites. Philadelphia is very walkable. The neighborhood is safe and clean. The lobby is drab and in need of an update. Some of the front desk staff seemed very uninterested in their job.

My husband was a patient at Penn. It was an extremely difficult time for us. Whenever I was informed that he needed to stay an additional day, the staff graciously accommodated me. For that, I will always be grateful. I didn't have to switch rooms; they allowed me to stay in the original room that I had booked. Thank you again for making a difficult time more manageable.

Hotel is ideally situated downtown center city. The hotel is in an elegant building that looks like a a 5star hotel from the outside. I was not disappointed when I entered. The decor is modern with a hipster edge. Great colors and furniture. It really could have been an artists’ or designer’s living room. Loved everything about the room, very comfortable mattress and pillows. Beautifully outfitted and spacious bathroom. I especially like the color schemes in the roo
