the “24 hour shuttle” did not run at night. also called the front desk multiple times over the hour we waited for the shuttle and nobody ever answered. customer service people were offsite and couldn’t reach shuttle driver or front desk either for an hour. they knew nothing about shuttle. eventually had to take a taxi. eventually got to hotel at 3am and at 8am housekeeping came in to wake us up to see if we were checking out today. check out time is noon. needless to say, bad experience.

I usually rent a car when I travel but this time I decided not too and what a mistake. My uber was 20 bucks going and coming it’s nothing on that side. They should think about at least opening a convenience store near by. The hotel could even offer a better snack option!!!

I made a reservation over a month in advance as I was attending an event in Philadelphia. I called multiple times that week and confirmed my name and reservation with the front desk. I asked what time I should check in as I may be arriving late and they confirmed I could check in anytime that evening. I arrived shortly after 10 and was greeted, but in a hesitant manner. One young lady immediately got on the phone and I overheard her asking if they had any rooms available. After she hing up, she mumbled we don't have any rooms but didn't address me specifically. The other receptionist smiled and said they were sold out. I asked did they sell my room, because I made a reservation months ago, and she said they were sold out. Another woman comes up from the dining hall, yelling that she had to clock out she was supposed to be out by 10. She answers the phone from a guest and starts yelling to her that they're completely booked. She was sold the last room. They have this event, that event in town and there are no other rooms. She isn't aware of my situation and basically put her foot in her mouth. I asked what else can they possibly do, and they all say they can't do anything. They start talking about how Marriott customers take precednet over Expedia customers. They blocked 7 rooms earlier for the outstanding reservations and still sold them. Everything was handled inappropriately and unprofessionally. I was pissed after traveling over 7 hours that day from North Carolina.

The room was great! Nice and clean (the air conditioner was a little loud but manageable). The beds like all beds in hotels I've stayed are way too firm causing discomfort in my legs and hips were I had to keep turning. And there wasn't enough counter space for toiletries. All in all my daughter and I had a pleasant stay.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and roomy. You have a bar and a restaurant so as not to have to travel to eat or drink. The 24hr airport shuttle comes in real handy no matter what time of day you need it. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is a short ride to downtown Philadelphia and very close to airport. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle every 30 minutes to the airport. There is also complimentary coffee in the lobby each morning. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The beds are comfortable and the room was clean. There is a parking fee.
