Basic but clean and comfortable. No closet. Separate sitting room with kitchenette. No wash cloths in bathroom and could not adjust AC in sitting room so it was cold. Free hot breakfast.

The bed was comfortable for a good nights rest. The bathroom was cramped because of the door swinging in just up to the toilet requiring you to stand on the side of the toilet to open and close the door. although I’m not sure if it was because I was in a corner room or if that is the case for all the rooms. The phone in the room didn’t allow me to call the front desk and the alarm clock with plugs and usb ports did not work either. These things were just outdated and need to be updated/replaced. All that aside the biggest and most important issue is out of 2 elevators one wasn’t working during the entire stay. It would remain on the first floor and then would continue to open to let people in, close its doors and never move. This prevented a huge delay in getting the working elevator to trigger to come down to bring guests to their floor. At one point I waited so long and had to give up and take the stairs all the way to the 7th floor because the working elevator just wouldn’t come to the lobby.

Clean Hotel in Good Location

Excellent location, close to shopping, restaurants, local colleges and businesses. Every team member I encountered was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Microwave and mini fridge included. Property definitely needs a renovation—stains on carpeting, bathroom very outdated, but for the money, worth it. I did get a special rate, but those can be found. Breakfast was decent—lots of offerings both hot and cold. Would stay again.
